As many of you, I am a mom, a woman, a wife and a passionate crafter.
My journey begins when my first princess arrived to my life and struggle leaving a tiny princess at home and go to work on a business schedule.
Then a second baby arrived to my life and I decided it was time to stay at home and enjoy every single moment of my girls and leave behind the crazy schedule of being a Computer Engineer.
But my mind has being always avid of learning and creating so I started making bows for my 2 little princesses and I was hooked immediately with it. I started to received a lot of compliments about the hair accessories and my friends asked me to do some for their girls. I loved all the process of creating pieces to make the girls look so cute.
So I decided to start selling my hair accessories and jewelry and Etsy appeared on my way.
Being part of Etsy story is the most amazing experience.
My shop name came as all my customer at the craft shows, looking at my creations, told me 'This is so cute'. So "SoCuties" was born.
I am always updated in the latest trends, searching for the best quality materials and treat all my customers as close friends, just as I started this business.

I ship the items just after I confirmed the payment is legal.
I will automatically cancel the order if there was any problem with your payment.
You have 24 hrs to cancel your order after I receive the confirmation of the purchase, after that no cancellation is allowed.

I will process all the orders as I receive them. No rush at this time will be applied
Each item has an estimate of turnaround and you can look at it at the moment of your purchase. I usually ship my items between 1-3 days, unless is stated in the shop announcement or in the item info.
Shipping is now calculated automatically by the system. If the shipping fee is overcharged I will make the refund on the difference.
Your purchase will be shipped to the address you have provided on Etsy. Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you make your purchase
If Your order is being shipped Internationally the Buyer is responsible for all Custom Tariffs, Custom Duties and all Import Taxes imposed by the Buyer's Country. All International Buyers must understand the time involved to receive your package, the time it takes your package to go through customs, and the time it takes for the local carrier or courier to actually deliver the package. I take responsibility for packaging and shipping and notifying the seller, but I am unable to be responsible for time period it takes to deliver your package once it is outside the USA on the way to your international address. I want your package to arrive as quickly as possible.
Please allow at least 4 - 7 weeks to arrive to your destination
A couple rush orders are available each week. These are orders worked when I would normally not be working (kind of like paying overtime). Rush orders are an additional fee per item. Please convo me prior to placing a rush order so I can set it up for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will issue a full refund or exchange upon the return of the item or items this exclude personalized items. All items must be returned in there original unworn condition.
The buyer is responsible of return shipping fee. It is necessary that the returning package be sent with tracking number and be provided to me with in 3 days after contacting me.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your post office, speak with other adults in your household or your neighbors. I have had this happen very rarely; 99% of the time it can be attributed to miscommunication (it's at the apartment office, a spouse has brought it in and forgot to tell you, or the neighbor has it) or an address that was entered incorrectly when you made your purchase. I attach tracking to ALL domestic packages; I may be able to assist contacting the post office for you if, for example, the item's tracking has not updated in their system. If your package does not arrive due to USPS error, please contact me ASAP! In the event the post office cannot find the package and a formal complaint is made, it typically takes them 7-10 days to confirm. I do my very best to help in these very rare circumstances, but I cannot send replacements at my expense without confirmation from the PO. Too many times I have offered to send a replacement while filing a formal complaint for a lost package, only for the original package to be delivered a few days later and never returned to me and I am out the shipping costs, and multiple items. International packages will not be replaced under any circumstances unless you pay for a traceable method such as FedEx or UPS.
