i recently ordered 7 different soaps from soap54 (one for every day of the week!) and they all smell lovely, but Summer Breeze has to be my absolute favorite! you can’t go wrong with any of your choices though - they’re all so beautiful. and shipping was super fast, my package even got here a day earlier than tracking showed :)

Salt Bars & Essential Oils in the Soap-Making Process
Handmade Soap is a passion of mine. I like to smell it, use it and especially love making it.
My name is Jennifer and I make all the soap myself, from packaging to final product.
I choose only quality products to create my soap. The products I use are not tested on animals, 100% harvested responsibly and all skin safe. My products are Vegan-friendly and contain no Phthalates. I do use some oils derived from nuts, so please check the ingredients carefully.
I use various salts and clays in my soap as well.
Essential oils are a huge part of my ingredient list, where I might also use fragrance oils, I typically prefer products made from plants. When I do find a fragrance I like, I am completely excited to use it and my labels will clearly state if it is an essential oil or not.
To color my soap, I love infusing oils, using natural herbs and spices and many of the micas on the market.
Handmade soap should not be left to sit in water and will have a longer life if you store it in a dry place when not in use.
Making soap is a pure joy and delight!
Please ask any question you want as it will help you make an informed decision. Since you cannot scratch and sniff the screen, we can try to describe to you the scent you are interested in!
**If you would like a custom order, please contact me. I can also make bath bombs and salt or sugar scrubs to match the soaps scent of your choice!

Frequently asked questions
How do I store and care for my handmade soap?
For a longer-lasting bar, store your soap out of water and let it dry completely between each use. Some of the soaps are made with soft oils, like almond oil, that if left sitting in water, will simply appear to melt away. They will last as long as a salt bar if you prevent them from sitting in a puddle!
To store your soap, remove the cellophane packaging completely or slice a corner off to allow the soap to "breathe". This will allow the soap to continually dry out and really improves the bar.
Essential Oils Vs. Fragrance Oils
Simply, essential oils come from living things that grow and their scent is extracted using various methods. Not all plants or organic materials can produce an essential oil, but there are too many to list here that can. The scent is super-concentrated often times it takes many plants or petals to create a single drop of essential oil!
Fragrance oils are not produced by plants found in nature. Where they may contain essential oils, they also contain sythetic scent and chemicals added to comprise a certain aroma.
