We are a creative design studio that works closely with you to present your personalised memories, words and ideas into beautiful personalised gifts from prints to handmade gifts like sweatshirts, t-shirts, mugs, makeup bags, cushions tote bags and more.

Here at Soap & Honey, we are a family run team with a passion for what we create to the very last details. We know how special a personalised a gift can be, so we do our very best to make it that extra bit special for you and your loved ones.

We design custom prints and stationery that can be adapted to your personalised details, but we also create completely bespoke designs to suit your needs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note orders that are personalised or custom may not be returned for any reason other than a mistake made on our part.

The cost to return your item is the customer's responsibility. We suggest getting a proof of postage as items not received can not be refunded unless you have a proof of postage receipt.

🖤 REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and any reason for the decision.

Once the refund has been approved and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit, debit card or original method of payment, please allow 3-5 business days for this to show on your account.
Please note that this timeline may be delayed if proper return materials (receipt or note) are not included in the return package.

🖤 DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Here at Soap and Honey limited, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We are constantly revising our production techniques for goods made in house in order to ensure that we are providing our customers with the best product on the market.

Likewise, we only work with the absolute best and most proven providers who maintain strict quality control standard themselves. While we strive to ensure this will never happen, if you do receive a broken or defective product, please contact us immediately.

We will replace the defective item as soon as possible and will advise you as to what to do with the original product. If an item is sold out or discontinued, we will issue you store credit for the cost of the item and any shipping expenses.
Payment
We accept payments by all major credit & debit cards via Etsy or our website soapandhoney.co.uk as well as Paypal for peace of mind.

Please be advised that no proof designs or artwork will be started until payment has been sent and confirmed by Etsy.
Shipping
All products are made to order.

Shipping is a third-party service. Therefore, we have no control over timely delivery, loss, or damage. Any claims of loss or damage should be made to the delivery service.

You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order leaves our studio. The notification is sent through your Etsy account and the email address that was placed on your order.

Once you have approved your proof design your finished order will be sent either the same (if before 3:30pm) or next working day (if after 4:0pm).

The file will be delivered to your Etsy email address unless specified otherwise during the time of ordering.

Your digital file will be sent as a high-resolution PDF or JPG and can then be saved onto your own computer, USB stick or external hard drive. these files can be printed either at home on high-quality paper/cardstock. However, if you would like to use a printing service such as PhotoBox or Snapfish, please advise when you order your product. For the JPEG image, We will need to know the largest dimensions that you will likely be printing in so that we can have the file optimised.

🖤 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow between 7-21 working days for delivery for anywhere outside of the UK and Europe.

UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class service.
International orders are sent International standard, which uses Royal Mail followed by the national postal service of the destination country. Please bear this in mind as some postal services can be quicker than others.

Please note all international tracking numbers beginning with UH are used for our records to confirm delivery of orders and are not trackable through Royal Mail or any other international postal service.

Please note that for all orders which are posted outside of the EU, there may be additional customs fees to pay depending on your countries rules.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay for the delivery of the goods.

Frequently asked questions
Current turnaround time

Our current turn around is 1-3 working days from placing your order to you receiving your proof via an Etsy message. Once you approve the proof your order will be sent via your chosen method ie digital file or printed and posted.

You can choose to prioritise your order for an additional £10.00 this will move you to the top of our design queue and we will have the proof sent to you the same working day (9am- 5pm)

Shipping times

U.K - Free standard shipping using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow 5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

Europe - Royal Mail standard International please kindly allow 14 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

U.S.A - DHL tracked and signed 3-5 days service.

All other countries - Royal Mail standard International please kindly allow 21 working days for delivery.

Please note that delays with customs processing within The USA, Australia and New Zeland are out of our control and may add additional time on to your delivery.

Shipping upgrades

(UK customers)

Royal Mail 1st class - Turn around 1-3 days to receive your proof, once you approve your proof we will use 1st class service to ship your item.

Royal Mail next working day before 12 pm (1-2days) - Turn around 1-3 days to receive your proof. Once you approve your proof we will use next day service to send your order to you.

If you have paid to prioritise your order and paid to upgrade to this shipping service your order will be moved to the top of our design queue and full priority is given to your order - Ideal if you are looking for a special last-minute gift.
