PRIORITY SHIPPING: when this option is selected, it means your item will be processed following its stated timeline, and shipped faster than our standard shipping method. -ORDERS BEING SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS. If you were placing orders for items that are to be shipped to multiple recipients, each recipient must have its own, individual order. -**THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. We are charged fees for every transaction on Etsy, including refunds, and there is always a risk associated with shipping live plant matter. We take careful and thorough steps when packaging our products, as well as photographing each order prior to shipment to ensure quality before shipping out: we are also not responsible for individuals who do not read the entire item description prior to ordering.
IF WE AGREE TO A REFUND, the item must be returned within 48 hrs of being received by the buyer. Also, your refund will be 80% of the purchase total, with 20% withheld as a restocking fee. You will also be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. No exceptions**

-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE INCURRED DURING TRANSIT/SHIPPING. We photograph all of our orders prior to being shipped, to ensure that all of our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition! We will be happy to file a claim with the appropriate shipping companies if damages do occur, however the final judgement of that claim will determine whether or not a refund is to be issued. If a claim is denied and a refund is still desired by the buyer, then we request that the item be sent back to us, after which the refund will be issued once we receive the item in the same condition it was received in.

-Depending on weather and shipping, some plants may arrive stressed or with soil displacement: please place in indirect sunlight after receiving your shipment!

Our shop policies stand, regardless of the circumstances. If you are an individual who is unhappy with your purchase, and threaten to leave a negative review if plant replacements or refunds are not sent, then we reserve the right to refuse to rectify your order (as our shop policies clearly state “we do not offer refunds or returns”)...If you leave us a negative review before reaching out to us, then we also reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace your order. Our shop policies exist for a reason, and we do not respond to threats of extortion (I.E threats of negative reviews).

We definitely offer a custom and personalized order selections! Please review our store and select the custom succulent arrangement options; in the notes, include a brief description of what you are looking for in terms of color and style for your succulent arrangement!

Care instructions

Care instructions are included with most of our items, and we happily message our patrons with additional advice on how to best maintain their items to maximize their quality and growth!

Expedited Shipping

-EXPEDITED/EXPRESS SHIPPING: What this option means for OUR shop, is that your order is moved to the first in line for processing, and is mailed before the current orders we have. Ex: if processing usually takes 2-4 days, then processing for your item will only take 1 day. If processing takes 3-5 days, then processing for your item will take 1-2 days.
The additional/higher shipping charge is our labor and "rush fee," and does not mean that your item is shipped via express-overnight. Thank you for your understanding!

May I change the shipping address after placing an order?

There is a $5 fee for requesting a change of address. No exceptions
