Sorry no refunds...most of my items are custom made and are used on foods. Due to the nature of their use, I cannot offer refunds. If items are damaged in the Post-I cannot be held responsible BUT all items will be packaged, LABELLED & protected properly. If you would like to pay extra for insurance, convo me and I will split the cost with you! Express Post usually has coverage though...but not on regular Airmail. If you have any concerns, I will do my best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback. My goal is make ALL my client 100% happy!

Payment is required prior to orders being placed! Once I receive payment, I will then fabricate your order within 2 days and/or ship out your purchase using standard AIRMAIL via CANADA POST.

All purchases will be sent with 48 hours of payment and I will mail items using the most economic shipping via CANADA POST. Paypal is the easiest method of payment. If you have any difficulty with Paypal please convo me.

Buyers are always protected through EtSY and PayPal. When I receive payment, I will ship your item with 48 hours. If I do not receive payment within 24 hours via PayPal, the item will be cancelled and relisted in the shop unless you contact me otherwise.

Bartering is welcome! Payment installments are welcome on orders over $10 US.

Shipping to the USA may take up to 10-15 BUSINESS days.
Shipping to Canada may take 3-10 BUSINESS days. Please allow ample time to arrive and ship. I ship regular AIRMAIL post via CANADA POST but if you would like Express shipping or EXPEDIATED shipping extra charges may apply. No tracking is included in any of my listings via AIRMAIL

If you would like a tracking number, extra charges MAY apply in most cases. If you would like a tracking number please contact me and I can arrange this for you.

I cannot forsee any complications with the US Postal Service, INTERNATIONAL or Canada Post services and will not be held responsible for items arriving late. There are no guarantees on shipping (unless you have purchased tracking numbers).

I will try to send all items on the promised dates I quoted for you...so be sure to order in advanced and allow ample time to ship! Unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, postal strikes or any circumstances out of my control may delay your order. Please be patient with your purchase and be aware that we ship from CANADA. Postal rates normally increase after the NEW YEAR and I do not make any profit from shipping costs.

Vintage cake toppers and cupcake toppers are all NEW and unused!!! Please keep in mind they are VINTAGE….I never sell reused items in my shop! I only have a handful of items and do not carry large amounts of the same items. Please review measurements in the listing to ensure you know what you are ordering.

Handmade items are made to order so I try my best to replicate my items as shown in the listing but sometimes availability of cardstock and ribbon are backordered or out of stock. I may replace them with similar materials...My artistic interpretation may be different from yours...so when you convo me please be as detailed as possible!
