I love my Galaxy Tentacle Pendant! Amy's work is so beautiful. She pays so much attention to detail. I have absolutely no complaints! One day I will surely get another piece of hers. Happy customer!!!

When purchasing an item, you have 7 days to make your payment or arrangements with me. If you do not pay for your item within 7 days I will re list the item.

I will happily reserve an item for you for 2 weeks, just send me a message.
I will ship your order within 3-5 business days (m-f) not including custom orders. If you would like the item shipped to another address please be sure to inform me in the "message to seller" section when completing your transaction.

I ship first class. If you would like your item faster, insured or with a tracking number please message me for details and pricing.

If your order does not arrive within 14 business days (US orders) or 28 business days (international orders), please contact me and we'll come up with a solution that works for us both.

If your order is damaged during shipping I will offer your a partial discount if the damage is minor and you would like to keep it. If you want it replaced or would like a refund I will happily accommodate you upon return of damaged item.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase I will gladly issue you a full refund upon return of the item.
