Each SocKat is a one-of-a-kind creation and comes with a SocKatToMe! hang tag indicating its unique name and birthday. They are machine and hand stitched by me from a single sock, stuffed with non-allergenic polyester fiberfill, and adorned with accessories (buttons, pompoms, ribbons, etc.). Some of them also contain dried beans in the body. All materials used in the creation of a SocKat are new.

All SocKats are created in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home.

Returns and exchanges

I want you to enjoy everything you purchase from SocKatToMe! If you are not completely satisfied with an item for any reason, please convo me for return instructions.

All I ask is that you return the merchandise within 15 days of receipt. When I receive the item back in saleable condition (with all original tags intact), I will immediately issue you a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Payment

I currently only accept PayPal payments. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please convo me before purchasing and I will try to accommodate you.

Please note that all North Carolina customers will be charged appropriate NC state sales tax.

Shipping

All SocKatToMe! orders are shipped domestically using USPS Priority Mail (with Delivery Confirmation) and internationally using USPS First Class Mail. (Note that International First Class Mail does *not* include Delivery Confirmation.) If you would prefer to use another shipping method, please convo me before purchasing and I will be happy to accommodate you.

The buyer is responsible for any/all customs fees involved in international shipping. The customs form will state the accurate value of the item(s) included and will be marked "Other".

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, with the exception of those received on Saturday, which will be shipped the following Monday.

Please be sure to specify the appropriate shipping address in your Etsy transaction. In the event that your Etsy and PayPal addresses differ from one another, I will ship to the address indicated on the Etsy invoice.
