Problem With Your Item
If you have a problem with your purchase please email me as soon as you receive it so we can resolve the problem. If you feel that it was not as described: Please ask question before purchasing if you have any queries or doubts.
Contact with a Request to Return must be made within 3 days of receiving the item
And if the item is to be returned it must be posted within 7 days
Delivery of Purchase
Items are always posted in a timely fashion, usually within 48 hours
However we cannot guarantee how long the postal companies will take.
A tracking number will be added to your order so you can see its progress.
If you have a query on your parcel in transit, I will always follow up any queries,
In the event that a parcel goes missing, I only send with tracking which includes insurance for loss.
Return Policy
Please note I do not accept returns unless there is a problem with the item,
Or unless we have agreed on it before purchase.
A request for return must be made within 3 days of item being received.
Item must be posted within 7 Days at buyers expense.
