    Returns and exchange details
    Due to their nature, made to order, hand made, personalized, and one of a kind items, can not typically be returned. However, if there is a product problem, please do let me know and depending on the circumstances, I will do whatever I can to assist you.

    If after contacting the shop, a return is approved, it must be then sent back via USPS with tracking, and at buyers expense. Once received in new condition, a refund, less original shipping charges (even if order qualified for free shipping), may be processed.

    Please note that "Shipping Times" indicated in listings are actually processing times (Currently 2 - 7 Business Days);

    And therefore are in addition to actual shipment travel time (typically 2-4 business days, but not guaranteed).

    All items are made to order. Rushing an order is not an option at this time, so it is important that you leave yourself enough time for your order to arrive.
