I put nerdy things on clothes

A long time ago, in a movie theatre far, far away...
I was 9 years old when by brother camped out overnight to see Star Wars Episode I; it was 1999. I was then and always will be fascinated with nerd culture.
Years later while in college studying art I started to design for badass roller derby squads. Shortly after, I decided to design for people I was more familiar with, the nerds.

By placing an order you agree to the shop policies, please read before ordering.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
All sales are final. Returns come at a great cost to my small business; at this time I cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item. However, if you have an issue with our order please let me know and I will offer resolutions case by case. I am more than happy to fix any mistakes/errors or fix something if I can. ☺
Cancellations are not accepted: I order the garments, color and size, based on the orders I receive; when your order comes in I purchase materials for that item to make it. I can change the design for the garment in the order in some cases and allow other changes, but to cancel orders comes at a cost to my business. If you would still like to cancel despite my policy it is subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of your order total (not including shipping).
For orders that are returned/not accepted in mail by buyer/returned to sender because of address error: Orders will not be refunded. If errors were made in the shipping address by the buyer the buyer will need to pay for shipping again and submit a correct Ship To Address. I am happy to reship if address errors occur, but if you notice the address on your order is incorrect after placing an order, please message me as soon as you can so I can update the address before shipping. ☺
Payment
I accept most major Credit Cards, PayPal, and Etsy Gift Cards.

If you do not have a PayPal account you can also use MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express through the PayPal check out process. Just select “Pay with PayPal" at checkout and follow instructions for credit card payment.

No items will be shipped until payment is cleared.

Coupon Codes may not be used on Custom Orders and altering an order after it is placed may result in the coupon being void and changing sale price back to original price.

Shipping
US Buyers:
Most items will be sent via USPS, first-class mail. I do not provide insurance for shipping, but I will show proof of shipment via receipt if necessary. Certain items, rush orders, or large orders will be sent with USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking is included for US orders.
I am not responsible for damages done during shipping, I take care in packaging to ensure your item is safe in its journey.
If you would like insurance/or any other additional shipping requests please send me a convo before you purchase.

International Buyers:
All items will be sent via USPS first-class mail international. I do offer insurance at an extra cost, please convo me if interested before ordering for a price quote.
I am not responsible for damages done during shipping, I take care in packaging to ensure your item is safe in its journey.
Please check with your area's specific rules regarding customs/duties/or other taxes that may or may not cause delays and extra charges. I am not responsible for these delays or charges and they are not included in the shipping cost. International orders usually take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, that all items are made to order, (usually 2-10 days). If your item does not reach you within 3 weeks please contact me, but know that I am not responsible for lost packages. A package cannot be claimed lost before 6 weeks therefore I advise you choose an address you will be occupying for at least 2 months after your order. Be sure to check for notices that may ask you to pick up the package and claim it. If you miss this notice the package will be returned to me and I cannot give you a refund until it has returned to me, which can take months.
Tracking/Delivery Confirmation for International Orders is available for some countries at this time but not guaranteed. Please contact me if you have questions about tracking.


ALL BUYERS: If your package is returned to me due to an error in the information provided or because it was not claimed by the customer, you will be responsible for the postage cost to ship the package again and I will not reship until postage is paid.

FAQS
1. I saw an item you made somewhere else but I don't see it listed, can I buy it?
Yes! I can remake any item I have made, just send me a message and I'll let you know the price and processing time, and if you're interested, I will send you a listing to order. You can see a lot of the items I've made here: https://soeffingcute.wixsite.com/soeffingcute
2. Do you take custom orders?
Yes! And any quantity, even just 1 piece. If you don't see a style garment or color or size you need, please message me and I can show you some more options. If you want custom text or a logo on something, I can do that too.
3. Can I pick up an order?
No, I am very sorry, but I cannot arrange pickups; technically, my business license does not allow it. If you are within the US, shipping is free on every order over $35 and I try my best to ship as quickly as possible. If you need an item quickly, please message me before you order so I can give you my quickest ETA! If you happen to be located in Long Beach, CA, I just may be able to hand deliver something, message me and let me know!
4. How quickly can you ship?
Please message me with the specific item (color and size), you'd like and I can give you an updated processing time. In some cases, I can make and ship the item the same day! But please be sure to message me letting me know you need the item rushed. Almost all my items are made to order. I have most pieces in stock but sometimes I need to order something or pick it up. However, if you message me before I can give you a more accurate processing time.
5. When will my order ship?
The processing time listed will show when the order ships by. Out of over 20,000 orders, I have shipped 99% before the time listed. If you need a rush order, please message me before you order to confirm it is possible to make your order sooner than listed.
6. WIll you ever carry "plus"-size or larger sizes?
I hope to! I try to use the most ethical companies I can to source my garments. Many of them only have a standard range of XS-XL. If I am able to get larger sizes I always do! Most times those sizes are not available unfortunately.

Custom and personalized orders

Can you place a custom order? Absolutely, yes!

I love taking custom orders. Anything from changing the color, font, swapping the garment, or getting a completely custom design.
We can work together via Etsy convos; start by sending me a message with your ideas and desired garment.

Sizing details

In general, I recommend to size up if between sizes, especially for items such as the shorts, spandex crop tanks, and other fitted styles.
If you have any questions about the specs or fit of an item in my shop please message me for specifications so I can help you choose a size.

Care instructions

I recommend washing all clothing items in my shop on a gentle cycle, cold water, and hang to dry (or machine dry low if in a rush).
It is best (for garments, your machine, and the environment), that you do not use fabric softeners.

Wholesale availability

I do take wholesale orders, please send me a message with your request including the quantity you plan to order.
If you're looking for something like a bulk order for a bachelorette party, team gear, shop shirts, etc., let me know as well, I can provide a bulk discount.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
Each order is packaged with eco friendly materials.

Can I change the text/design color?

Yep! You can do that by adding this listing if the color option you want is not available in the listing already:

Remember, this customizes the design/text that is applied to the garment, it does not change the color of the garment/article of clothing. If you would like the garment in another color, message me for options.

Can I upgrade shipping?

Yes. In most cases, you should be able to see shipping upgrade options at checkout.
If you do not see these options, or prefer another option not listed, please message me before you order with your desired shipping speed and your shipping location so I can send you the options.
