Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges
Within 14 days of receiving, please contact me via Etsy Convo and we will discuss your specific situation.

Refunds - no refunds are available, exchange only.

Exchanges (change of mind) - if change of mind occurs within 14 days of receiving item, the original item must be returned to me in bought condition (tags attached, not worn, not damaged) and the postage back to seller needs to be paid by the customer, the exchanged item posted back to the customer will be paid by the seller - in turn, this cancels out the postage costs. Any differences in dollar value of the item exchange will need to be paid by the customer - exchanges for original dollar value only. (Excluding Earrings - due to Health & Safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable/non-refundable.)

My ultimate aim is to keep all my customers happy so please ask as many questions about item listings as you need!
