Hello, and welcome to my shop! Everything you can buy in this shop is handmade with care and love. I personally wrap and ship every order and take great pride in customer service.

I accept payment through Paypal or Visa/Mastercard - see details below.

PAYPAL: You can use a debit card, any credit card or an e-check through Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. Here is some more information about using a credit card through Paypal if you don't have a Paypal account: http://help.etsy.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/361
Be aware that e-checks can take time to clear and I won't be able to ship until payment is confirmed.

VISA/MASTERCARD: I can process Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Here is the process:
1. Purchase the item through Etsy and select 'Other' in the payment options.
2. Include the following information in the 'Note to Seller': your first name, your last name, and your e-mail address.
3. I will send you an e-mail invoice through propay.com
4. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to enter your credit card information.

Occasionally, I receive an order without payment confirmation. In this event, I will send an invoice through Paypal to the e-mail address registered with Paypal.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of placing the order unless other arrangements have been made with me.

If payment is not received, I consider the transaction canceled, and will re-list the item. I always send messages to your Etsy account before cancellation in the event of extenuating circumstances.
Shipping
Shipping is complimentary to addresses with the U.S.A. and Canada. I ship USPS First-Class Domestic and International.

I include delivery confirmation and provide a tracking number for the package if shipped to an address within the U.S. I do not include a paper receipt with shipment unless it is requested (I am happy to include one - just ask!).

If you would like the item shipped to an address other than the one registered with your PayPal address, let us know in the Message to Seller section during checkout. Alternately, send me a message. Otherwise your order will be shipped to the address in your PayPal account.

I do my best to ship as soon as possible and usually that is either the same day, or the very next day. My policy is that purchased items will be shipped within three business days of payment received (or when an e-check has cleared). We always send a message through Etsy to confirm shipment.

Expedited, registered and/or insured shipping is available for an additional cost. Let me know if this is something you need and I'll get you the details. If you let me know before you purchase, I can reserve the item for you with the expedited shipping in the listing. If you have already purchased the item, I can send you an invoice for the additional service via PayPal.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of my work is guaranteed.

I want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, If you are not, just return any unaltered item within 30 days of purchase and I'll credit your Paypal account with a 100% refund for the cost of the item as soon as I receive it. No fees and no questions asked.

All returned items must be sent back in its original packaging and in a completely unaltered state. I am not responsible for postage on returned items.
Additional policies and FAQs
It is unusual, but occasionally there are glitches in the realm of Internet shopping: convos can vanish, payments can simply 'not go through', browsers crash, servers get re-booted ...

When these things happen, it is so frustrating for everyone involved. My policy is to always give my customers the benefit of the doubt and go out of my way to foster communication.
