At seven, Sofia became enamored with baking. She baked cakes and pastries for friends and family for their special occasions. Over the years, her ambition for success as a baker grew.

After college, she moved to Mexico, took courses in baking, and perfected her artistry. While in Mexico, Sofia lost her grandfather, her designated taste tester. She now pours all the love and adoration she had for him, into every cake and cupcake she makes. Because let's face it, there is nothing better than getting your grandparent's approval. Now, everything she bakes is in honor of him.
