We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem at all, please don't leave feedback yet--just send me a message so we can talk! If you are not pleased, we are not pleased. And we really want you to tell us what you think, whether it's good or bad.

We accept payment via Google Checkout, Pay Pal, or money order.

If you want to pay by Google Checkout or money order, just choose "other" when checking out here at Etsy, and indicate which method you prefer. An invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account to complete the transaction. If you would like the invoice to be sent to a different email address, please make this clear to me by including it in the "notes to seller" section upon checkout.

Please allow up to seven business days (M-F) for your order to be freshly made. Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days), unless faster shipping is requested.

I ship to the address in your Pay Pal receipt, so please make sure it's the one you want me to use! If you forget, just send me a convo and I'll make sure it gets to the right place.

If your order doesn't cost as much to ship as Etsy is charging you, not to worry: the shipping will be combined by way of my refunding (via Pay Pal or Google Checkout) the excess you pay for at checkout. I typically send the refund at the time of shipment. If you prefer, I can create a custom listing for you to reflect the correct charges before you pay. And always feel free to ask if you're not sure how much it will be.

Please contact me prior to payment if you'd prefer that your order be shipped by a method other than USPS Priority Mail.

We can ship to any US address you provide and can include notes with items purchased as gifts.
