Returns and exchanges
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Unless an item is grossly misrepresented in the listing the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the original shipping (including any fees paid on shipping) will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping and insurance for the full purchase price is strongly recommended. Refunds on items that included shipping in the list price, or free shipping, will be less the actual cost of shipping incurred.

All items are in as found vintage condition unless otherwise indicated. Normal wear and tear commiserate with age is to be expected. We attempt to describe the item as accurate to my knowledge; the Buyer should anticipate a normal level of use from the item.
Most items ship within 3 to 5 business days via UPS Ground, fully insured with a signature required at delivery. In some cases (due to business travel) shipping may be slightly delayed. Large pieces can take up to 1 - 2 weeks to ship. In the event that shipping will be delayed I will contact the buyer as soon as possible..

In the rare event of a damaged or lost item during shipment, we will refund fully the purchase price AFTER the insurance claim process is completed through the shipper. We do not reimburse out of pocket and no shipping fees will be refunded as we ourselves do not receive shipping funds back. The claim process can take up to 45 days, but we will work with you to have it done as quickly as possible. In most cases, the carrier requires the damaged item to remain at the receiver’s location for inspection so we do not accept returns of a damaged item until either the claim is completed or we have requested that it be returned. Please include clear photographs of the damage when notifying us of damage during shipment.
