I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of our product (cut fabric), we do not accept returns. However, we offer free swatches in the USA if you would like to sample the fabric before you buy. Just send us a message to request a swatch.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and more.

We are located in Layton, Utah (USA) and we will assign 6.85% sales tax on in-state transactions.
Shipping
We ship via USPS, and all orders ship within 1-3 business days Monday through Friday excluding postal holidays unless otherwise stated in the product listing or shop announcement section.
SHIPPING RATES - We recently changed to flat rate shipping within the US.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIMES (USA only) - Packages will arrive via USPS within 5 business days. This is an estimate only and the post office can have occasional delays that are out of our control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery estimates vary depending on the destination. If an international package is returned to us, there will not be a refund on the shipping charges we incurred. There is a strong possibility that international orders will be assigned customs/duties/VAT or fees from your mail carrier.

We do our very best to ensure our photographs and images accurately represent the color of our fabrics. However, color perception may vary between devices. If color-matching is important, please contact us for swatch.

Do you have more of this fabric for sale?

Maybe! Please send us a message if you would like to order more than the maximum quantity on Etsy and we will get back to you right away.

Can I order more than 1 yard?

Yes! If you order more than 1 unit, we will cut your fabric continuously as 1 big piece. To get more than 1 yard, simply increase the quantity. You can also combine any of the size options and we will cut them as one piece.

Do you ship outside the US?

Absolutely! Please send a list of what you would like to order and we can create a custom order for you.
