We do our very best to pack your candles safely, but accidents may happen. Have no fear - if your candle arrives damaged due to poor packaging, we will gladly create a replacement and ship it within two weeks. Refunds or exchanges are accepted, with the purchaser paying shipping. Orders will be started as soon as payment is finalized.

Solas Candles ships with Canada Post. As a result, orders traveling to the United States or overseas will take approximately two to three weeks to arrive. Need it sooner? Let's talk! Parcels can be expedited for additional postage fees.

Anything over 1000g must travel as an Expedited Parcel and will incur additional costs.

~~~~~ HOW IT'S MADE ~~~~~
All of our candles are made from EcoSoya soy wax. Votives will include either mortar-and-pestle ground spices or genuine tumbled stones. Pillar candles are cast from one of our uniqe hand-made molds and then decorated with acrylic paint.

~~~~~ How do I get my crystals out of the crystal candles? ~~~~
To claim the stones from the wax, first wait for the wax to cool completely. Next, break away any large pieces of wax and discard (the wax is biodegradable). Place the stone (carefully!) into a container filled with hot water and a generous amount of liquid dish soap. The soap will emulsify (dissolve) the wax and lift it away from the stone. Finally, give the stone a gentle scrub with a plastic scrubber and dry.
