We never got the basket, When I reached out to them they told me it would be sent after two -three days for processing. Never got it. Then, I kept trying to reach them every which way and they never responded. Finally with three weeks before my wedding I get an auto reply "on vacation". With daily emails to them I finally get another reply, " Sorry for the delay, it will take 2 to 3 days to process order. I kept checking to see if it had been shipped and it hadn't so I emailed them again. Then I get this auto reply, " on vacation". It wasn't until I decide to cancel, cause I had only a week before wedding. I wrote them and told them to cancel my order. they finally told me they were out of the pink lace but had an ivory one. They sent a pic of it and It was awful. Quality was terrible. Not like picture at all.

I wore these at my reception after the heels came off and they were like walking on clouds for someone who has trouble in any heels of any kind.

These shoes are the most beautiful and comfortable ever! I could not be more pleased with them! It took a while to get the order started, but once it did it was fast. I sent in my measurements, the shoes were made, and I had them within a week! I am so excited to be able to wear them for two of my children’s upcoming weddings.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but I feel people should be warned. I purchased these shoes for my Wedding. I sent my measurements and asked a question about the colour. My question was completely ignored. When I received my shoes there when pens marks on them, they don't even fit right nor does the straps stay up. Extremely poorly made! I paid $300 Australian dollars for these. They are certainly not worth it. I could get better quality shoes from Kmart for $5. I was so disappointed as I can not wear these to my wedding. I contacted seller who said they would give me a refund. It has been over 2 weeks and I have to keep contacting them about it which still has not been done. Do not purchase these shoes, save yourself the heartache and money. Terrible seller and communication is the worst.

My broom arrived with exposed stiching, missing lace, bunched up material, bows attached sideways so that one ribbon hangs & one doesn't

Frequently asked questions
Can you match a fabric without me sending you a swatch?
Fabrics will not be matched online, as computer screens and handheld devices rarely display colors in their true shades. If you want a specific color matched, you will be required to send me a physical swatch of the fabric in order to avoid disappointments.
Who is responsible for Custom and Import Taxes?
Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on your item once you've receive it. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs, so please keep this in mind when ordering your item
Who is responsible for shipping for returned items?
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs that result from returning an item/s
Do I get a full refund for Returned items? When will the refund be processed?
Refunds will be processed once I receive the original item, in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Please contact me to verify my shipping address before you return an item. The buyer is to send returned packages with a tracking number to ensure they don't get lost in transit. Please mention on the waybill that the package contains returned merchandise. Once I receive the returned item in its original condition, the buyer will receive a refund for the purchase price minus shipping fees. For custom orders, the buyer will receive 50% of the purchase price minus shipping fees.
Will I have to sign for my package once it arrives? What if I am not home when it does?
All packages are sent without a signature request. If you do require this option, please let me know as there may be an additional charge, depending on the carrier used.
