Thank you for your interest in Soleil Crochet, where every crocheted item is hand made by me, some are original designs, and no two are identical (except for the books of quotations).
Ours is a smoke-free and pet-free home.
Every item is ready to ship. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation from me via email.
PayPal, please. If you have no PayPal account, simply click on the PayPal link and you can pay by credit card without opening a PayPal account.
Please pay for your purchase within three (3) days of placing your order. If payment is not received within three (3) days, your order will be cancelled, and it will be removed from both your Etsy record and Soleil Crochet's.
***Please note: if you would like your package shipped to a different address from the one listed in your PayPal or credit card account, kindly include a message in the "Note to Seller" portion of the check-out page.
Canada Post shipping costs to Canada and the U.S are included in the writeup for each item. I usually ship via the least expensive method.
***Please note also that Soleil Crochet cannot be held responsible for shipped items which may go missing in the mail, and which are not covered by tracking or insurance. If you do require tracking, insurance, or expedited shipping, please contact me BEFORE you place your order, and we can discuss the extra shipping costs.
On occasion, some items will be marked "Free Shipping".
***Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Orders are shipped within two (2) business days after payment is received.
Length of shipping times can vary, and items may be delayed at Customs. Soleil Crochet has no control over this. Expedited mail is, of course, faster, but more expensive.
