Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
All packages are insured and claims on lost packages can be filed 45 days after ship date. Refunds will be issued when insurance claims are filed. If you wish to have a second order shipped, shipping will need to upgraded to a method that offers tracking. When the time lapse between purchase and the insurance claim has exceeded 60 days, a refund cannot be made.
Shipping
International: All orders are shipped via the USPS which are then transferred to and delivered by your nation's postal system. International customers may be subject to fees by their own government for importing goods. Contact your post office or government for information on customs fee and import duty. You will be emailed when your order ships and provided a tracking number if applicable.
Standard International Shipping: First Class Mail
- Applied to all orders unless you choose to upgrade
- Does not have tracking (packages are only tracked inside the US)
- Typically arrives in 1-3 weeks but may be subject to custom delays.
ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Solid Manufacturing Co. is not responsible for any custom fees. We can not adjust the pricing to reflect a lower amount on the customs form as this action is fraudulent.

Leather Use & Care
Avoid extended exposure to sunlight or moisture. If the wallet gets wet, pat dry immediately with a soft cloth. To keep the leather supple and nourished, rub in a protective leather conditioner once or twice a year. You can also use a bit of the leather conditioner and a soft cloth to clean off surface dirt.
Furniture Care & Use
To clean, wipe down with a soft damp cloth. Avoid abrasives and harsh chemical cleaners, as they may scratch the finish.
Furniture Lead Time
All of the items in our furniture collection are made to order by our team of craftsmen here in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Due to the nature of our work we do require a 2-3 week production time.
Custom Orders
We offer custom colors on our entire furniture collection at no additional cost. Please contact us for details.
