I started making this type of jewelry after getting into nail polish and really enjoying the types of colours and patterns I could create, especially with things like water marbling. But the fact it always eventually chipped and wore and had to come off made me a little bit sad, and I wanted to figure out a way I could make the swirls and shimmers and colours permanent. And this is the result.
