Please note that with the exception of Canada, our standard shipping method does NOT include a tracking number (be sure to choose a shipping upgrade during checkout if you would like to add tracking). Most regular untracked parcels to the United States, Europe, Australia & Asia usually arrive within 1-3 weeks from their shipment date. Canadian parcels usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Choosing a crystal is a matter of listening within and allowing your intuition to be your guide. You may want to spend time browsing through the selection in our shop, paying special attention to any pieces that feel like they are 'jumping out' - these may be calling to you for a reason! It can be helpful to read up on a crystal's properties to see if its meaning resonates for you, or refer to a crystal's chakra correspondences if you have a particular healing focus or intention. Spending a few moments meditating on a photo of one of your selections may also offer further clarity. Allow your psychic-intuitive sense to guide you. Choosing a crystal for a friend can be done in the same way, holding them in your heart and mind as you browse.

All of our crystals are cleansed and tended to with great love and care before they begin their journey to you! However, if you are intending to use your crystal for energy work, we would always recommend taking the time to cleanse it again once it finds a home with you - to put your own energy into it and ready it for any spiritual work. While there are many methods of cleansing, wafting sacred herbs or incense over your crystals while holding the intention that they be cleared is a gentle & effective method suitable for all crystal types. Once cleansed, entering into a simple meditation with your new crystal is a lovely way to acquaint yourself with its unique vibration and dedicate it to your own practice.

Yes! The overwhelming majority of crystals that we carry in our shop are 100% genuine & natural without any artificial treatments. Specific exceptions are our tanzanite, carnelian & onyx jewellery pieces which have been heat-treated and our turquoise collection which is stabilized (a widely accepted necessary practice). At Solstice Stones, our passion is for natural crystals exactly as they have been created by the earth. This also means that some stones may contain 'imperfections', occlusions, or natural fault lines (which have been tested for durability). It is our opinion that these elements often contribute the most to a crystal's beauty & character! As always, please reference all photos & dimensions before making your purchase.

In reality, not all crystals come from such positive origins, and the truth about their extraction & trade is often unknown, overlooked, or not disclosed by other sellers. More than having ‘trusted suppliers’, we dedicate thousands of hours of research to ensuring that each crystal in our shop comes to you from a good place. We never purchase from mass wholesalers, which notoriously involve long supply chains that obscure a crystal's true mining circumstance & origin. Instead, we choose to buy as close to the source as possible (30% of our inventory comes direct from the miners!).
