    Every effort is made to display the true colors of the items. However, capturing some colors in photos (particularly light colors) can be tricky. Also, taking into consideration variations in monitor settings and individual perceptions, the image displayed may vary slightly in color from actual product. Due to the uniqueness of the materials I use and the handmade qulatity, products may vary slightly from photo. Pet-free, smoke-free home. If you wish, I can switch out any base metal components with sterling or gold--just convo me about it.

    1.) All products sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

    2.) I bear no responsibility over lost goods due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer during checkout.

    However, in the unlikely event of an item being damaged during shipping that results in it's arriving in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact me immediately, (or within 2 days) and I'll gladly have it replaced after receiving the item back.

    DO NOT send the item back without first informing me.

    If it's not possible to have it replaced (as most of my items are an individual piece, I may have run out of the materials), the buyer will then have a choice to have it exchanged for another item of the same or higher value, or a full refund (excluding shipping cost).

    All extra shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

    I accept paypal only. Payment must be received in full within 48 hours of purchase.
    Shipping
    I ship UPS basic. If you need faster service, please contact me. Gift wrapping is available for an additional cost -- please communicate with me and I will be happy to accommodate you. In an effort to reduce waste, I do not ship invoices unless otherwise requested.
