About

It all started....

I have been doing "crafts" of some sort as far back as I can remember. At a young age my mother instilled a love of sewing in me that even a needle lodged in my foot couldn't deter. (I learned my lesson on picking up my supplies after I am done). Since then I have tried everything from knitting to printmaking and finally jewelry. In this process I made up my mind to become an art teacher, and I currently work as the afterschool teacher for a local Indian tribe, as well as volunteering at several local schools every day.

Payment
I accept Paypal, credit cards and etsy gift cards. I do not accept Money orders or personal checks at this time.

For local pickup orders I accept cash or can process CC/Debit Card purchases on site. Please contact me to arrange pickup location, date and time.

For order cancellation, please contact within 1 hour of purchase. I often package item for shipping soon after purchase, and will not cancel order once I have purchased a shipping label. (other than under extreme circumstances)
Shipping
Combined shipping discounts apply only to items being shipped to the same address. If you need items mailed to separate addresses, please make separate purchases so that tracking may be accurate.

International buyers assume all costs pertaining to customs fees.

Most US orders include shipping confirmation and tracking at no additional charges to buyer.

Any overages in shipping charges of $2.00 USD or more will be refunded to the buyer after shipping label is purchased. If actual cost of shipping excedes the shipping fees already charged, seller assumes responsibility of additional costs.

For local pickup, please choose "other" as method of payment and contact to arrange pickup.

In the event that a package becomes lost in transit, please contact the seller immediately, so appropriate actions can be taken and a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.

Seller assumes no responsibility for items stolen once the post office has marked them as "delivered".

Please keep in mind that packages must be missing for 30 days past the original ship-by date for USPS to consider them missing. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.***
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/exchanges are available under the following circumstances

(1) Product is defective
(2) Product is grossly misrepresented
(3) Product arrives damaged or broken (We ship in padded envelopes, but accidents do happen!)
(4) Change of mind
(5) Damage by buyer

FOR RETURN REASONS 1-3:

-Buyer MUST contact seller prior to leaving feedback/sending item back with description of defect or damage and pictures showing details of description.

-Before item can be refunded, the buyer must return ship the item (with tracking). If the photos clearly show that the damage/defect is the fault of the seller or of negligence during shipping, seller will provide a pre-paid return labe. Once item has been been received, it will be inspected for defects.

-Once determined that defect is the fault of seller during manufacturing or by damage during shipping, a full refund will be given, including shipping (both original and return shipping), or an item exchange, depending on customer preference.

FOR RETURN REASON 4:

-In the case of the buyer 'changing their mind' about the item in question, all shipping fees (both initial and return fees) are the responsibility of the BUYER and will not be reimbursed.

-Buyer must contact seller PRIOR to returning item.

-Item must be returned in original re-sellable condition with no visible signs of wear, damage or alterations from buyer.

-Buyer must provide tracking information on return. Returns without tracking, or those lost in the mail are the responsibility of the buyer.

-Returns must be adequately re-packed, as returns received damaged due to poor packaging are not eligible for a full item refund or exchange.

-All items returned for reason 4 are subject to a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee.

-Holiday, custom and personalized items are not eligible for refund under this reason.

FOR RETURN REASON 5:

-In the event that the buyer damages the item, seller is willing to repair the item in question for a small fee. This also applies to alteration requests made by the buyer after receipt of item.

-Fees will vary by work/repairs/alterations needed.

-Items sent back to seller for repairs/alterations MUST have tracking.

-Once the item has been repaired/altered, the item will be relisted under a private listing on etsy that includes the agreed upon payment for the repair/alteration as well as return shipping.

ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION FROM POSTAL SERVICE. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
