The measurements are provided in the item details.
*I can only give refunds if the piece is the wrong size compared to the measurements provided in the description. As size indications like 'medium' vary a lot around the world I only sell by measurements.

Full refunds (including the cost of shipping back) can be given when the piece clearly differs from the description (other measurements than provided, wrong colour etc) or when there are clear flaws in the product.
Steps to take:
*Contact me right after the package arrived, but sure within 3 days after arrival, best with a picture of the received item. I will respond ASAP to inform you about the steps to take, please to not take any action before I got back to you!
*the piece should be shipped out back to me within 8 days, assigned and with tracking.
*When it arrived back and I confirmed the flaw, you will get a replacement item or a full refund (if the fault was clearly on my side, this includes the shipment to me).

Exchanges are possible when the item is shipped back within 21 days after receiving, and when the item has received good condition. The cost of shipping back to me and shipping of the new item will be for the buyer.

Returns are possible when the item is shipped back within 21 days after receiving, and when the item has received good condition. The refund will be minus shipping and 5% restocking fee.

Note, Somnia won’t take back any clothes that are worn, dirty (this includes animal hairs & smoke) or damaged.

If a package doesn't arrive at the buyer within the given timeframe, Somnia will set in an investigation.
Somnia Romantica won't give refunds for packages getting delayed, unless I gave a written guarantee that it would arrive in time.
Somnia Romantica won't give refunds when the wrong address was provided. Be sure that your current shipping address is provided to Etsy.

If the package arrives damaged, I advice to make a photo of the package and clothing and to contact me.

Payment can be done through Paypal and direct checkout. I do accept Etsy giftcards!

For larger orders, a layaway is possible. This mean that you can pay in 2-3 weekly or montly parts, after the last payment the item will be shipped.

Please be aware that your country's customs may impose an import duty! Somnia Romantica is not responsible for these costs and is obliged by law to write the price of an item on the package.

All pieces ship from The Netherlands, EU All pieces are sent out with tracking, with priority shipping. I ship to the address that is provided with the order. Please make sure that on Etsy you have the right shipping address noted.

I ship out once a week.

Shipping time are on average:
Europe: 2-5 days
US, Canada, Australia: 2-3 weeks
World other: 2-4 weeks
Sometimes there are delays, especially during the pandemic or around the holiday season. If you need an item before a specific a certain date, please ask if it's possible. You can also use the shipping upgrade option, which I will implement in 2021.

When the ordered piece doesn't arrive within this time frame, it is probably at your local postal office for pick up.
It's also possible that the package is still at customs. Sometimes they're slow with clearing a package.
Somnia Romantica won't give refunds for packages getting delayed, as this is out of my hands, unless the customer gave a specific time frame and I gave a guarantee that it would arrive in time.

Here is a little measuring guide:
Be sure that you do not pull the measuring tape while measuring!
Every body is different. If you are in doubt or if you need additional measurements, don't hesitate to contact me!
* Upper arm Circumference: biceps, in between elbow and shoulder, measured around broadest part
* Arm hole circumference. Around the shoulder/armpit, measured not too tight.
* Bust circumference: measured around bust over broadest part, with bra
* Waist circumference: around waist, between hipbone and ribs.
* Hip circumference: measured around broadest part of bottom/hips
* Neck circumference: about 2 inches below the chin, measured around the neck.
* Height: your height head-toe
Other information I provide:
*Back width: this is a size I measure high on the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
*Sleeve length is measured from shoulder seam to longest point on the upper side of the wrist / hand.
*Other sizes will be specified in listings!

Somnia Romantica makes original designs, which are the intellectual property of Marjolein Turin (married name, Marjolein van Ballegooijen-Turin) owner and designer of Somnia Romantica. It's not allowed to resell items of Somnia Romantica as your own design.
It's not allowed to copy the patterns, photos or designs of Somnia Romantica.

It is allowed to use the items of Somnia Romantica in a photoshoot or other promotional materials, as long as nowhere is suggested that the designs belong to someone other than Somnia Romantica, Marjolein Turin.

FAQ
Q: Where is Somnia Romantica available, which are the options?
A: There are 2 places where you can purchase the pieces. Here in my Etsy shop and on my homepage. On my homepage, when I open my webshop there, you will find other items than offered here.

Q: Can I have a piece made in my size/another colour, other length etc ?
A: I'm sorry to say that Somnia Romantica is currently not available for custom fit orders. All items here are ready to ship and one or few of a kind. Almost every week new items will be added!

Q: Can I bring an own design? Can I bring a picture or a pattern for you to make?
A: Somnia Romantica will only sell its own designs, now and in the future. There are great tailors around for this service!

Q: Is the collection in this webshop the whole collection? Are you selling it only here?
For now I will only sell here on Etsy. Soon my webshop on the homepage will be set up too. Every month new items will be added and put online! On social media you can stay updated about my collections.

Q: I'm a model/photographer/stylist/makeup artist/performer, can we work together, can you sponsor us?
A: I'm not doing any sponsoring in the form of giveaways. For 2018 I will be very limited in lending clothes for photoshoots, but you can always contact me. Please do this will full information and a link to portfolio. I will strive to let you know within a timely manner if I can cooperate! On my social media sites you can get an impression of photoshoots I have already done.

Q: What does ‘Somnia’ mean and why this name?
A: Somnia is a Latin word meaning ‘dream’. In some translations the alternative meaning ‘Moonlight’ is given. The word fits the dreamy, dark romantic style of the collections.
