Frequently asked questions
What is your turnaround time?
Please take note our current turnaround time for orders in the United States is 8 weeks plus shipping time which usually takes an additional 3 - 5 business days. Shipping to Canada takes around 10-20 business days & Europe takes 3-8 weeks.
What courier do you use for shipping?
We ship via USPS Priority ( except for international) which comes with a tracking number we sent to you once your order has shipped. You also have the option to select signature confirmation for additional $3.00.
What is your return policy?
All our dresses are cut and handmade to order. We have a NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you take custom orders?
Depending on how busy we are we can take some custom orders. You are welcome to message us.
When should I place my order if my event is next year?
Please take note our turnaround time is 6 to 8 weeks plus shipping time which usually takes additional 3-5 business days. We recommend you to place your order at least 3 months before the event. Another option is placing your order now and order one size bigger to allow room for growth.
I’m ordering 3 dresses, can I get a discount?
Our dresses are cut & handmade to order which is very time consuming. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any discounts during our busy time. Thank you for your understanding.
When is your busy time?
Our busy season is from January to September. During high volume season, price & turnaround time may change without notice.
Can I rush my order?
We have a rush fee of $25. Please provide event date when placing order.

What measurements do you need & how should I measure?
We do offer a custom fit option for an additional fee of $15.
We customize the chest/waist/ shoulder to waist and lenght according to the child's measurements.
Even though a dress is custom made according to the child measurements, every child 's body is unique and the actual finished garment may still need additional alterations from a local alteration expert.
When placing order please provide measurements around chest, shoulder to waist (waist placement is 1” above belly button) and shoulder to hemline. Please provide exact measurements, don’t add room for movement since our finished garment will already be slightly bigger.
