Payment
Paypal and direct check out are accepted. I usually prefer payment right after purchase so I can ship out your purchase as soon as possible. If I don't receive payment for your purchase after a week without any communication - I will cancel your order.
Shipping
Orders of $100 dollars or more are also shipped insured and/or with delivery confirmation. If your item is not insured via shop policy - you can request it be shipped insured at extra charge. If express shipping is wanted, please contact me for details.
Refunds and Exchanges
I strive to make my customer's happy. Items are shipped with as much care and consideration for the product - however, if it arrives damage, I'll replace it but you must return the broken/damage item and you are responsible for shipping cost. If item is lost/not received, depending if it was insured or not would depend the follow up action. If item is defective due to manufacture flaws, (ie. I don't make it right ;)) it will be replaced. Exchange is most likely method of replacement. I'll be open to exchanging until you are happy with your purchase as long as the merchandise is in new/unused/received condition. If merchandise gets damage due to manufacture defect it will also be accepted for exchange. Purchases older than 30 days are not eligible for exchange.
