Family Owned Gem and Mineral Shop

We've been a traveling Gem and Mineral dealer. I've been collecting minerals for over Fifteen years. At the end of 2015 I decided to invest my time and energy into my Etsy shop. I'm so glad I did because the response has been overwhelming. I have the best customers and clients a business could ask for. I carry fine gem and minerals as well as many high vibrational stones. Although Tourmaline is my favorite I carry a wide selection of other Crystals such as Moldavite, Brandberg Amethyst, Rogerly Fluorites and much more. Looking to connect people with the gems that best suite there needs. So let's go on a journey together and let me know what you need. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. The sooner the better but please do not ship items back to us expecting a refund with out contacting us prior. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and accordingly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of our product so please read the item details carefully. It is the buyers responsibility to pay shipping both ways. You will then need to ship the items back to us in the same condition they were received. At that point we will determine whether a refund is due. If it is determined that a refund is in order you will not be refunded the shipping. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service so if their are any issues please don't hesitate to message us.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Etsy gift cards as payment.

Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are expected to pay within three days of placing the order. If payment has not been received on the third day, the transaction will be cancelled.

If you place an order within New York state you will be subject to 8% tax at time of purchase.
Items from our shop will ship in 2-3 business days. Although we pride ourselves on shipping in a timely manner so generally most items will ship in 1-2 business days.

Delivery in the US is approximately 2-5 business days. International orders we've seen it range from 10-30 business days but it could be longer depending on the circumstances. If you need faster shipping than the standard delivery times it is your responsibility to notify us before you have placed your order so the additional cost can be added. This will also insure we are aware of your needs. If not we will do our best to accommodate and you will be required to send additional payment for the service that is required.

USPS first class shipping is used for all shipments unless otherwise discussed. It is your responsibility to contact us if you need faster shipping, require signature confirmation, insurance or any other upgrades. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. So please make sure that you specify before hand if additional services are needed.

If orders are returned to us because we were not given a proper address or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for any reason, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee, unless you would prefer to have your order refunded. If you have given us an improper address and would like the address updated, this may not be possible without having the order canceled and repurchased with the correct shipping address.

International buyers:

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the importing and exporting requirements of your country have been met, failure to do so may result in seizure of your shipment.

You are responsible for any customs tax, fees, or charges that might occur, you can contact your countries customs department prior to ordering to find out what these fees will be.
We cannot and will not change the price of an order on customs information, or mark as gift.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, any shipping upgrades must be requested before your order has been shipped.

If you are satisfied with your item we would appreciate it if you could leave us positive feedback. If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us first and we will do our best to make it right in a timely fashion.

I've worked in packing and shipping for over 16 years. Items are packaged carefully and we do our very best to package product to help insure items are protected in transit.
