A growing, evolving obsession
Hair accessories and nail polishes have been my THING. I have hair accessories filling my shelves, covering my drawers, and the same with my nail polishes. I was the girl who wore a different hair accessory every day. The one who wouldn't be seen wearing the same nail polish for more than two days in a row.
At one point, I decided to begin making my own kanzashi. It was difficult at first, and my flowers more often than not came out crooked and warped. After a month of careful trial & error I was able to develop my own strategy of creating kanzashi that was faster and more efficient than the popular method. There was a downside, however - I would burn my fingers quite often. A small price to pay to create such beautiful things.
I created for over a year before deciding to sell kanzashi. What originated as a hobby for myself drew interest from peers who wanted to commission me to make them kanzashi, and I obliged. After careful deliberation, I decided to begin selling them on Etsy.
It was a similar story for nail polish, and here I am today.

Accepted payment methods
I will ALWAYS offer delivery confirmation for those packages shipped within the continental United States. Unfortunately, I am unable to do this for international packages.
I do offer international shipping, but this is to be done at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible for packages not arriving in a timely manner because I cannot control customs. Once the package is out of my hands, I cannot control what happens to it. I can send photos of the postal receipt(s) if needed. I do suggest that you go in via group orders if you are international, as shipping will frequently be cheaper and easier this way. I ship international orders always BY BOX.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please be sure that the polish that you purchase is the one that you want.
If items are received damaged, we request that you please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo.
Additional policies and FAQs
A: I test them by making a batch and pouring it into the exact bottle with the exact glitters that I offer up for sale, with steel balls and a brush. I then place it on my desk and leave it there to sit for AT LEAST 1 month. (I have a few test bottles that are going for longer - i.e. 7 months, and they will continue to sit). During this time the bottles are exposed to various amounts of sunlight (as it streams in through my window) and heat. I do move the polishes around a little bit (as they sometimes get in the way). I also swatch them on nail wheels consistently throughout this time period. I used to test all polishes for 5 months, and I still do believe in extensive testing. I will test each polish for as long as possible, but testing for extended amounts of time before release is no longer feasible. The polish that you receive should be exactly as pictured and described. If it is not, please contact me before doing anything else!
Q: What do you use in your polishes?
A: My polishes are created with 100% suspension base and glitter/pigments with no thinning or addition of clear polish to retain the best level of suspension that I can. I pack my polishes with glitter and pigment to ensure that you are getting enough for your money. I honestly don't think my polishes require any regular shaking, as I have observed no sinking whatsoever since I began testing any of them. On the other hand, I have included stainless steel mixing balls - 2 in every polish - just in case! Pigments may settle over time (and by time I mean weeks). Just give it a gentle shake or roll and you'll be good to go for a while.
Q: Can I add thinner to your polishes?
A: Yes! The glitters and pigments should not be affected by any thinner that you add to it. If you think one of my glitter polishes is too dense, adding thinner will help it become more sparse if that is how you prefer it to be. I typically use Sally's thinner, which I have found to be more than adequate, but I'm sure that other thinners will also work well. However, keep in mind that adding thinner may decrease the suspending ability of the polish.
