All prints are made to order, current lead time is 2-7 business days before your order will be shipped.

CUSTOM ART PRINT SIZES

Please get in touch if you need a print in a specific size, I'll do my best to assist.

RETURNS, REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

No refunds, returns or exchanges are allowed on custom orders. All orders are made to order especially for you; therefore, all orders are considered custom orders.

No refunds will be issued for damaged goods but will happily be replaced with the same item. Items that was damaged due to customer negligence or abuse will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged.

If your order arrived incorrect, incomplete or damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it for further investigation. Please provide clear photographic and video evidence of the damaged packaging and item, and any other relevant information.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS / ORDER CHANGES

Please note: If your order has not been dispatched yet, it does not mean your order is not in production yet.

All orders are made to order, just for you :) Therefore, cancellations or changes to your order will only be possible within 1 days (24 hours) of placing your order.

Where it is possible to change an order, only order upgrades will be allowed, not order downgrades.

Please make sure you read the product description thoroughly before checkout, and that you select the correct size / colour / print. No exchanges, cancellations or refunds will be accepted due to customers failing to read the description / T's & C's

Any changes to your order might cause a dispatch delay. This will be communicated to you beforehand.
