All prints are made to order, current lead time is 2-7 business days before your order will be shipped.

CUSTOM ART PRINT SIZES
Please get in touch if you need a print in a specific size, I'll do my best to assist.
RETURNS, REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
All orders are made to order especially for you; therefore, all orders are considered custom orders and are ineligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Damaged items will gladly be replaced with the same item; however, no refunds will be issued. Items damaged due to customer negligence or misuse will not qualify for replacement, refund, or exchange.
If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged in any manner, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it to initiate further investigation. To expedite the process, kindly provide clear photographic and video evidence displaying the damaged packaging and item, along with any pertinent details.
RETURNS, REFUNDS + EXCHANGES (continued)
In the event of a dispute arising, except in cases where the buyer has received a damaged order, if a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be reached and the buyer insists on returning the order, it is incumbent upon the buyer to bear the return shipping expenses. This process is analogous to the expectation that a buyer would cover transportation costs when making returns or purchases at a physical brick-and-mortar store. The return location is the seller's address in Cambridgeshire, UK.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
Please note: If an order has not yet been dispatched does not necessarily indicate that it is not already in production.
All orders are custom-made, exclusively for you. As a result, we can only accommodate cancellations or modifications to your order within the first 24 hours of your purchase. Please be aware that changes can only involve order upgrades and not downgrades.
We strongly advise that you carefully review the product description before proceeding with your purchase. Please ensure you select the correct size, color, and print. Regrettably, we cannot accept exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for orders due to oversights in reading the product description or our terms and conditions.
DAMAGED ORDERS
We are unable to provide refunds for damaged goods; however, we are more than willing to replace the damaged item with an identical one. Items that have been damaged due to customer negligence or misuse will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.
