Your satisfaction is my utmost concern. I am a communicator. As soon as I get an order, I will contact you, the buyer, often within just a few hours. of sale notification. I expect return communication from my buyers, and will not ship an item until contact has been made. I also prefer to be contacted via email or convo once the item has been received.

Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. If you accidentaly ordered the wrong page, I will exchange that item for you (if it is the same price), but at your shipping expense. My pages are shipped in large bubble mailers that have been reinforced with cardboard for protection. Should something become damaged during the shipping process, contact me immediately.
Payment
I accept all major brands of credit cards, PayPal and postal money orders. I must receive the money order and have it verified by my bank for authenticity before shipping the items.
Shipping
Albums are shipped flat rate priority. Multiple items can be shipped in the box at no extra charge. I will secure insurance for items over $50.
