Returns and exchanges
Exchanges are offered if your purchase arrived damaged. In such cases, please convo upon receipt and include a photo of the damage. Unfortunately, I cannot pay for return shipping and require delivery confirmation. Exchanged items must be received within 7 days. I will pay for shipping of the new item.
Payment
If an order has not been paid for within 3 days, I will re-list the item.
Shipping
I do my best to ship as soon as possible. This is usually the next business day or two after payment (unless it is a custom order). However, life may get in the way and I will convo if there are any delays. Most items are shipped in a bubble envelope.
Please convo for international shipping or shipping upgrades (delivery confirmation/tracking and insurance).
