This order has not arrived, has not even shipped, and the seller has not responded in any way to my repeated attempts to communicate. Bad on me for not digging more deeply into her reviews as I am obviously not the only one burned by this vendor. Bad on her for not removing herself, her products, and her storefront from etsy.

Heartbroken. I first purchased the cuff for my husband after our second daughter was born. After our son was born I sent the cuff back and paid to have his name added. Years later we now have another child and I again purchased to add another name. I mailed the cuff and received confirmation that it was received. It has been 3 months and I still have not received the cuff or had any replies from the shop. I am heartbroken because our second born has gone to heaven and I originally purchased it when she was a baby. Her precious name was on this cuff. It has a great deal of sentimental value to us. I can’t believe the shop would take payment for the item, acknowledge it was received, then fail to return it or answer my questions. So disappointed.

I purchased three cuffs, and they’re all beautifully made. Thank you Sophia!! I’ll be adding names as our family grows!!
