Each plant was selected and wrapped with care and they included the cutest care cards and a handwritten thank you. I am so impressed and my plants are so happy and adjusting to their new home. I didn’t need customer service, but the care cards and thank you were above and beyond care for the customer. Thank you, Sophie!! I will definitely be buying again when I want to expand my plant collection

Shipping FAQs
All orders will be shipped via USPS 1-3 day Priority Mail. I strive to get all orders shipped as soon as possible.
Once the order is brought to USPS, Sophie's Plant Shop is no longer in control of the transportation of the order. If there is a delay with your order, please know that this is most likely due to the shipping carrier.
In times of extreme heat or cold, it is strongly recommended to be available during delivery so that orders aren't left outside or in a mail box in extreme temperatures.
Care instructions
All orders will include care guides with instructions for each individual plant. These instructions will include the light conditions and watering information that each plant prefers.
If soil is dry after unpackaging your new plant, give a small amount of water and wait about a week before watering thoroughly. Plants may be stressed after transportation, but should rebound after 1-2 weeks.
It is recommended that you wait to repot plants until they have acclimated to their new environment and become completely root bound. Repotting too soon may shock the plant. If desired, you can always set the old pot inside a new pot until they are ready for repotting.
