A Garden for the crafty soul

[Soul Crafty] mean a Garden for the crafty soul.

I am living in a country full of sunshine and rich of natural resources. Reaching out to the mother nature is never an impossible things to me. I have never fail to explore the nature every weekend (whenever weather allowed) not only for the fresh air but also to explore the beautiful tropical forest. Along the way, I have this habit to pick up sticks and leaves that fell off the tree that caught my eyes. Each of these unique pieces has then become my crafting materials. This is also where I started of with my passion in wood. I started to realize how much more I can do with wood. After all these years of experience with wood, I have eventually make up my mind to share my works with the world.

I have been in the handmade market since 2012, it is truly an remarkable experience meeting people from all walks of life both in online / offline handmade market. Your support and feedback has made my crafting passion continue to grow and create products that brings value to ones life.

My vision is to see you putting a smile on your face on the moment you've receive my creations. My store will always stock up with interesting items that you could never find it elsewhere.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

{ ARRIVES BROKEN / DAMAGED }
If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact me immediately for a replacement. I will need clear photos of the broken items, box and packaging.

Replacements will be sent for items that arrive damaged or if I've made an personalization error.

You may also request for a refund. Please follow the instructions in REFUND section.



{ LOST ITEMS }
If you feel that your item is taking longer than usual, do contact me and I will do my very best to help! I do ask that you wait for 45 working days as cases of custom checks and varying reasons like weather, busy holiday season etc. have been known to cause mail delay.

Packages are not considered lost until 60 days from the day of shipping.
Kindly provide me with a proof of an email from your local post office stated the package I sent is lost. You may write in to USPS or your local post office by providing the tracking number to confirm the status of the package.

Once it is confirmed lost by your local post office, I will send a replacement for the orders. A full refund of your order will be issued once it reached 60th working days from the date of the item is shipped or when a confirm "item lost" status received from PosMalaysia. Whichever earlier.



{ UNCOLLECTED RETURN MAIL }
If your purchase has been left uncollected at your local post office for a duration of approx more than 10- 15 days (this differs with each country) It may have been sent back to us. We will contact you once we've received the parcel with more details on reshipping (processing fees applied). If you would prefer not have the item reship to you, you may request for a refund. Refund only for item price exclude shipping.

Please email me your intention to return within 3 days after you received the item and wait for my confirmation before returning your purchased item. Any item return without notifying us in prior will not be entertained.

The item must be returned within 5 working days after my confirmation and in its original condition. Please obtain proof of posting.

The amount refunded will be the item price only. Postage and packing charges to be borne by purchaser.

I currently accept payments via PayPal only. However, you can also use your credit card to pay via PayPal, without having a PayPal account.

Shipping
All Customs forms will be completed correctly and it is the buyer’s responsibility for any additional custom payment.

All items will be sent with International Standard Registered Air Parcel, able to track from POS Malaysia.

Once orders are dispatched, Seller is NOT liable for any delay. The duration is NOT guaranteed, it is just a guideline provided by POS Malaysia, therefore I would not be responsible to any late delivery by postal service. No refund would be given due to this reason as this is out of my area of control.

SoulCraftyGarden will ship worlwide excepy ISRAEL. Any purchase made from this country will be cancelled and refund in full.

How long does it takes to process my order?

For ready-to-ship products, orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday - Saturday except for Festive Holidays) when full payment is received.

For customize / personalized products, please refer to respective listing.

This may be a little longer during busy periods.

How long does shipping take?

ESTIMATED delivery time frame as stated below (subject to custom clearance)

Malaysia → 1 - 3 working days.
Asia → 1 to 2 weeks
United Kingdom / Australia / Europe / United States / Canada → 2 - 3 weeks

Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders will be shipped with registered Airmail. Tracking detail will be updated once order shipped.

You may track your parcel status with the tracking number provided.

The tracking number serves as a serial number to prove that the parcel was accepted into custom for international delivery.

It also provides information on your parcel's delivery status, if it's being successfully delivered or not.

I need my purchases urgently, can you do express shipping?

Yes. Order can be upgraded to express shipping. It is estimated to arrives in 1 to 5 business days once dispatched subject to final shipping location and custom clearance.

What happen if my package is lost?

Packages are not considered lost until 60 days from the day of shipping.

If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable Paypal fees of GBP £0.20 (appx. USD $0.30)

Caring for SoulCrafty's wood products.

「Soul Crafty」wooden products are varnished to insure a long life wearable piece. Simply follow our three caring tips below, you will have years of enjoyment from your wood jewelry piece.

★Storage★
Do not leave your wood jewelry in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. We recommend storing your jewelry in the box at room temperature. Your wood jewelry is water resistant but should not be immersed in water or kept in high humidity; if it does get wet however, immediately blot dry.

★Wearing★
While wearing our jewelry avoid contact with any harsh chemicals e.g. soap, hair spray, perfumes, lotions etc.

★Cleaning★
If you notice your piece is beginning to look a little dull, simply use a cotton cloth to buff in the direction of the wood.
