Updates

Getting an engraving machine is always something I wanted to add to the shop. It could do so much more to the craft that I'm working on. After several tests, I'm happy to include this service in my shop. More to come, stay tune!

Me

Writing a story is always a challenge to me as I really do not know where to start of with. So, I will just do this simple and sweet ;)

I am living in a country full of sunshine and rich of natural resources. Beside crafting, I love to travel and this is how I get inspired. While others busy at tourist spots, I am exploring flea markets of each city I visit. It is an eye opener to me. I could linger at a craft shop as long as I could and just to allow my imaginary flows. The outcome? It is what you've seen, see and will see in my shop!

I love doing experiments, create and share my creations with the world. After all, I enjoy every moment creating something out of ordinary.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I currently accept payments via PayPal only. However, you can also use your credit card to pay via PayPal, without having a PayPal account.

If you are sending the payment via a PayPal cheque (e-cheque), I will only ship the purchased items after the cheque clears (typically takes 3 to 5 business days for a cheque to clear).
Shipping
All Customs forms will be completed correctly and it is the buyer’s responsibility for any additional custom payment.

All items will be sent with International Standard Registered Air Parcel, able to track from POS Malaysia.

Once orders are dispatched, Seller is NOT liable for any delay. The duration is NOT guaranteed, it is just a guideline provided by POS Malaysia, therefore I would not be responsible to any late delivery by postal service. No refund would be given due to this reason as this is out of my area of control.
Refunds and Exchanges

1. late delivery of your order by postal services, as this is out of my area of control.
2. custom, customized, or personalized orders.



{ ARRIVES BROKEN / DAMAGED }
If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact me immediately for a replacement. I will need clear photos of the broken items, box and packaging.

Replacements will be sent for items that arrive damaged or if I've made an personalization error.

You may also request for a refund. Please follow the instructions in REFUND section.



{ LOST ITEMS }
If you feel that your item is taking longer than usual, do contact me and I will do my very best to help! I do ask that you wait for 45 working days as cases of custom checks and varying reasons like weather, busy holiday season etc. have been known to cause mail delay.

Packages are not considered lost until 60 days from the day of shipping.
Kindly provide me with a proof of an email from your local post office stated the package I sent is lost. You may write in to USPS or your local post office by providing the tracking number to confirm the status of the package.

Once it is confirmed lost by your local post office, I will send a replacement for the orders. A full refund of your order will be issued once it reached 60th working days from the date of the item is shipped or when a confirm "item lost" status received from PosMalaysia. Whichever earlier.



{ UNCOLLECTED RETURN MAIL }
If your purchase has been left uncollected at your local post office for a duration of approx more than 10- 15 days (this differs with each country) It may have been sent back to us. We will contact you once we've received the parcel with more details on reshipping (processing fees applied). If you would prefer not have the item reship to you, you may request for a refund. Refund only for item price exclude shipping.

Please email me your intention to return within 2 working days after you received the item and wait for my confirmation before returning your purchased item. Any item return without notifying us in prior will not be entertained.

The item must be returned within 5 working days after my confirmation and in its original condition. Please obtain proof of posting.

How long does it takes to process my order?

For ready-to-ship products, orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday - Saturday except for Festive Holidays) when full payment is received.

For customize / personalized products, please refer to respective listing.

This may be a little longer during busy periods.

How long does shipping take?

ESTIMATED delivery time frame as stated below (subject to custom clearance)

Malaysia → 1 - 3 working days.
Asia → 1 to 2 weeks
Australia / Europe / United States → 3 to 4 weeks
Canada → 4 to 5 weeks
South America → 6 to 8 weeks

Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders will be shipped with registered Airmail. Tracking detail will be updated once order shipped.

You may track your parcel status with the tracking number provided. However, once the parcel leaves the origin border, no further update will be provided during transit. As postal services aren't required to scan them upon arrival at each destination.But doesn't mean it's not moving.

The tracking number serves as a serial number to prove that the parcel was accepted into custom for international delivery.
It also provides information on your parcel's delivery status, if it's being successfully delivered or not.

I need my purchases urgently, can you do express shipping?

Yes. Order can be upgraded to express shipments by DHL. It arrives in 1 to 5 business days once dispatched.

Please convo. your postcode and city, if you need an express shipment upgrade for the cost.

What happen if my package is lost?
