🌿I am NOT responsible for for any damage or refunding as the plant is healthy and it great condition when it leaves my hands. Purchase at your discretion. I can not control the weather, so please watch tracking so the plant does not sit in the heat, cold, sun or snow.
🌿If your plant is late or damaged, keep the box with the labels on it for the claim. I do not give refunds after 7 days of you receiving your purchase.
I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages and will NOT refund.

I am not responsible for damage done by poor handling practices of the postal service..

📬 Shippers like to throw boxes around. So, sometimes plants like to drop leaves, break/bend leaves, be wilted and/or throw dirt around in their shipping box. However, if you Plant is severely damaged please msg me right away along with a picture and we can discuss next steps ,IF DAMAGE IS SUSTAINED DURING SHIPMENT, FILE A CLAIM WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.

🌞🍃 Some plants will loose all their leaves due being in a box along with temperature changes During shipping, this is normal, the plant will grow them again once acclimated to its new home and proper care is given. But please be aware of you local weather, if it’s too hot they will wilt and limp (and turn yellow) in the heat sitting in the mailbox or your porch. If its too cold they will also wilt and mush... please be aware of this. Damaged branches and leaves that occur during shipping are not considered defective or damaged, as this is normal wear and tear that plants can easily recover from.
If your purchasing a bulb plant, be aware most don’t ship properly and may be wilted or damaged because the leaves/flowers are fragile, if you cut the stems back to about 2-3” from the bulb they will grow back fairly quickly.
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with any issues with the plant(s) you received. This can include dead plants, dried out roots, and incorrect items being shipped out.Please plan ahead if there is risk plants will be left in an excessively hot or cold delivery location for an extended period of time. We suggest making arrangements with your local carrier for an alternate delivery time or pickup if necessary, IF DAMAGE IS SUSTAINED DURING SHIPMENT, FILE A CLAIM WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.

🌱 If you are buying a baby plant/cutting that is labeled as a cutting or semi rooted and it comes in the pot, please leave it in the pot for at least and additional 6-8 weeks so the roots can grow and get stronger. Sometimes when you pull the plant out the tender roots will break and fall off
