From tiny acorns...

Soul Silver started as a hobby, I rediscovered my love of crafting when I became a stay at home Mum, it was essential that I carved out a little corner of my life for me, something that would work around the family but still keep them as the focus.
A huge turning point was being invited to try lamp working for the first time by a friend. Four hours later I was hooked.
I find glass work utterly absorbing, there is so much to learn I don't think I will ever stop finding something new to get excited about.
Now my children are older and I am able to dedicate more time to my business, during school hours and in the evenings.
I genuinely feel blessed to have something in my life that gives me the freedom to work for myself and a reason to wake up every single morning and look forward to my day.

I am passionate about colour and storytelling something which I hope is clear throughout my work.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details

In the event that any order is incorrect, the customer must notify us within 14 (fourteen) days after delivery. I abide by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). If I have made a mistake or if the product is faulty or damaged, the product shall be returned to me at our cost (first class). Please obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office and please ensure that the good are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We will send a replacement at our own cost.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason (unwanted, not as you thought, changed your mind), In this circumstance, the customer agrees to pay for the postage to return the goods to us as per the DSR. This cost shall not be refunded. When returning the items, please obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office and please ensure that the good are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please ensure correct postage is paid - I will not pay the fee to obtain a package returned without correct postage.
If a refund is due, the refund or a credit note will be processed within 14 days to the cost of the goods being returned.

You are legally entitled to return this product for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return. I will refund the cost of return postage provided the cost is not greater than the standard first class shipping rate originally paid.

Shipping
Delivery costs are clearly displayed before finalising your order. Delivery of the products shall take place at the delivery address entered on your order. I always use Royal Mail First Class Delivery.

All International and European orders are sent First Class Airmail, if you require a trackable service please contact me for a price.
We aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Where this is not possible due to volume of orders, all orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of the order and payment.



The cost of the item, postage and packaging is clearly defined on each listing. Please be aware that if you are ordering from overseas, your item may be subject to additional customs taxes and charges, over which I have no control, and am not accountable for.
