Welcome to Soul's Journey Jewelry. A new chapter in my journey, creating memories for yours.
As a founding partner of Echoes of Erin Jewelry in 2003, in 2014 I took my 10 years of production, wholesale and retail experience I gained there to share my inspiration in an entirely new way. With new passion comes change, and Soul's Journey was born to express that change. I create firstly for myself, and my hope is that my designs will speak to you as well, and will be treasured as part of your own journey through life.
I create custom hand crafted artisan jewelry, made from sterling silver and 14k gold fill (rolled gold). Each piece is designed and hand made by me, from conception to finished product, in my southwestern New Brunswick studio. Custom requests are welcome, as well as wholesale inquiries.
If my creative vision doesn't quite match what you have in mind, drop me a line with some thoughts, and I will put it on silver for you. For a treasure that is uniquely yours, and no one else's.

I have been creating for over 10 years, utilizing traditional metalsmithing techniques, combining metals & semi-precious stones. I work mainly in sterling silver, but use 14k goldfill (rolled gold) and copper on occasion, solid gold and precious stones on commission. Each piece is designed and hand made by me, from conception to finished product, in my southwestern New Brunswick studio in Canada.

***Exchange is available for spinner rings should you order the incorrect size, however there will be a $25 fee to cover restocking and postage of the replacement ring. Postage cost to return the incorrect size to me is also the responsibility of the customer. Please be ABSOLUTELY sure of your size before ordering to avoid disappointment and extra incurred cost. Correct sizing can be obtained at a jewelry store with a wide band ring sizer.***
I cannot accept returns for custom stamped or custom sized items, unless I have made an error in your order. I do however want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece does not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact me by email or Etsy conversation within 7 days of receipt and I will do what I can to address your concern. Shipping charges are not refundable.
I will repair free of charge for one year from date of purchase, any defect due to manufacturing default. After one year, repair charges will apply.
Please understand that each item is handmade one at a time. Also, because of the individual nature of the craft, there may be slight variations in the finished product from the photo taken.

Shipping
Orders are shipped Expedited Post by Canada Post for Canadian destinations. For US destinations go by Tracked Small Packet via Canada Post. Shipping options include insurance. International shipping: please contact me before purchase for options and pricing. Your order will ship to your registered Etsy address.
Additional policies and FAQs
A custom order is: Anything with a variation to size/detail to what is posted as stock. Anything personalized. Any special request you have that makes your purchase unique. Custom orders take 2 to 3 weeks to create and ship. If you are facing a time limit, let me know to see what options we may have to work with.
CARE: Your jewelry will require care over time to maintain it's looks. Sterling silver WILL tarnish and become dull if not cared for properly. To minimize tarnish, store in a ziplock plastic bag. Stamped, highlighted items can be buffed gently with a silver polishing cloth. Aggressive cleaning will remove the patina, which you do not want to do. Polished silver items can be cleaned also with a polishing cloth, or a liquid tarnish remover such as TarnX. Please follow product instructions carefully. Refunds will not be made for damage due to improper cleaning.
