FALL 2014: Regardless of what is in individual listings- my turn around time is now 2-3 weeks plus shipping. This is due to holiday rush, family obligations and my return to teaching. Please note that the shop is open but nothing will be made or shipped from 12/24-1/5- so that I may enjoy the holidays with my family- and that will affect both turn around times and shipping. If you need something before 3 weeks, I might have it in stock. Please follow these steps for a rush order:

1. Contact me with item, date needed by and get a response from me
2. Leave date needed by on message at checkout.

I cannot process rush orders without these steps and will not refund purchases bc a buyer did not follow my policies. I do not cancel orders after 24 hours and it is at my discretion. This is not to be difficult or rude but to protect myself from financial loss. I am not a big business- just a mom :)

Thank you for visiting my shop... Bella Ballerina is named for my daughter, Bella, who also models for the shop (the leopard and zebra rompers, blue romper, pink romper...) I make and sell the same things that I like to dress my own little princess in. I specialize in custom outfits for pageants, holidays, special occasions and photos- petti rompers, pettiskirts, tutus, ruffled baby bloomers, wings and hair pieces. I am a former dancer and pageant girl and my mother owned a dance studio and made costumes for competitions and pageants. She helps with sewing when needed. We love custom orders so contact us if you don't see what you are looking for!

Shipping Outside of Main US (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico): Contact me prior to purchase due to a possible increase in shipping costs and shipping times. Failure to contact me before hand may result in your package being delayed. Shipping times outside of mainland USA are different from my times/pricing. I WILL NOT accept returns or refund due to shipping times outside of the 48 mainland US states.

Item info:

Pettiskirts are made to order and require 2 weeks plus shipping unless I happen to have your size and color in stock. Chiffon are the fluffiest- fuller than satin over chiffon. Infant size are small and a little less full so they don't overpower little ones with the weight. If your child is close to 12 months, I suggest the 1-2 size.

Tees/bodysuits- sleeve length is seasonal. So, in the fall I will not replace short sleeved until spring and vice versa. I cannot list brands due to copyright issues. Contact me with questions. My tees are a brand that tends to run a little small so order up if concerned. Girls tees are Girly cut- not boxy or boyish.

Appliqués are in three styles, fabric embroidered and rhinestone/rhinestuds. They are applied with a heat press. See care below.

Turn around times:

Vary item to item and seasonally. Halloween-Christmas is ESP busy- tees, leg Warmers and hair accessories are usually ready to ship. Rhinestone ones and adding a name require 7-10 days. Just because there is a quantity listed, doesn't mean it is ready to ship. Please refer to first paragraph of the announcement.

Shipping:

I ship via Etsy to the address on your account. This is soI have proof of shipment and you have tracking info. If your address is not correct, I am not responsible for your item. I ship 3-4 times a week. When I print your label, it means your item will go out in 1-3 days- on my next pick up- not at the time it was printed. I ship USPS only. Express shipping us available at the buyers expense.

I am not responsible for items lost in the mail IF it shows accepted by the post office. I will help you with dealing with the post office but will not offer a refund. I am not responsible for delays due to the post office- if I shipped it when I said it would, then please address delays with the post office directly. I'm not responsible for damage after the post office accepts the package

Returns-

I do not accept returns. I have had people wear items for photos, holidays or birthdays and then try and return. The measurements are on some listings (working on getting them on all) or can be provided so I do not take items back due to fit. The only way I would consider a return is if I made the mistake- at my discretion and with pictures from the buyer showing an issue.

Cancellations- per my choice as a seller- which is Etsy's policy as well- must be sent to me via a Cancellation Request found on your purchase page. Must be done within 48 hours b/c supplies are purchased and items are started. Do not assume that sending a message means your order has been cancelled.... it must be done via a Cancellation Request through Etsy and then at my discretion.

Care:

Appliqués are applied with a heat press. Do not use fabric softener or a dryer on these items. Bows on leg Warmers or tees are applied using flexible fabric glue to allow for stretch. I suggest hand washing or on gentle and laying flat all my items when cleaning them.

My items may contain small parts that could be a choking hazard. Do not leave your child unsupervised. This shop is not responsible once the item is in your hands.
