Southern Glitter Mold’s is not liable for any stolen, lost or undelivered items. If this happens, please contact your local USPS. All packages are mailed certified and tracked. Refunds and replacements cannot be offered under any circumstance with regards to USPS. Items returned with insufficient address or not able to deliver will be charged for another shipping label to reship item(s) once they have been returned to me. No refunds on any package not delivered for any reason. If you are unsure of details or sizes are not displayed then please ask, refunds and returns due to size are not granted on item with sizes listed. Orders are shipped out within a timely manner, please know that package delays with USPS are not controllable by our shop.

Custom and personalized orders
Can we make a specific mold?
No, we do not custom make molds.
Can I return my order?
I generally do not accept returns. In the event that you need to return an unopened and unused item you will need to pay shipping back and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. I do not refund any shipping fees. Sizes and descriptions are listed in the comments of each item. If you are unsure about an item please ask first.
What is the difference between quality and knock offs?
The quality molds are darker pink or blue and most of them have a brand name on them such as Angel Wings or Amazing Mold. Knock offs are lighter pink and have smeared areas where the name was and was attempted to be removed. Don’t pay more or quality price for a knock off mold. I made that mistake, there are a few in my shop and they are marked so you are aware. I will not make that mistake again. Be careful when you are buying these molds from other sellers who will not tell you they are knock offs.
Can I get a replacement for damaged mold
Replacement molds may be shipped to you with your next order if the defect is a major factory defect. Molds that are damaged due to misuse or from heating will not be replaced. Molds may have minor defects which are sometimes not preventable. Please contact me with your concern.
If you purchase a mold that has a description that there maybe defects, these molds will not be replaced or exchanged. These molds are generally discounted due to defects. I try not to stock these molds, but it happens from time to time.
