The bracelet is lovely but I would not recommend dealing with this shop owner. I had asked if it could be shipped by a specific date since it was a gift for my niece's baptism and was told yes. After I paid for the item, I never heard from the owner again. I reached out several times and received no response until I opened a case with Etsy. The bracelet did arrive in time, even though the order status continued to say Not Shipped and I received no response from the owner. It was wrapped in a paper towel and stuffed inside two mail bags. I expected a box at least especially since the owner knew this was a gift. As I said, the item itself is lovely and I am happy with that but dealing with this shop is not worth it. What a headache.

Ma'am, your item was shipped as promised and package in an organza bag and wrapped in tissue. If you had asked for gift wrapping, I would have been glad to custom wrap it for you. We made efforts to contact you. I am sorry if you are disappointed, and unfortunately due to my Daddy being in ICU, my niece being on hospice care, my Mom being extremely sick at home not to mention my daughter's wedding this past weekend, I did not check Etsy the last few days nor change the shipped notifcation in time. I normally do not have all of this hit me in one week. I am so glad that you received your item on time as promised and that the item was exactly as you had ordered it. I hope that you had a wonderful time with your niece and her event.

Turn Around Time
Due to demand of our products, please allow at least 10-15 business days for processing your order. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. However, our turnaround time may vary during peak seasons, this would include holidays such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Valentine’s Day. At these times our turnaround time could change, so order your gifts early. If you are concerned about a shipment arriving in time for a gifting occasion, please contact us prior to purchasing the product(s) and we will give you an estimated shipping date or let you know if a rush option is available.
When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please note this on your order or notify The Southern Jewelry Box customer service representative so that we can ensure your order reaches your customer in time. There is a fee for rush or same day orders. Please consult with your customer service representative for this information.
While we have complete confidence in our packaging and our shipping service provider, we are not responsible for broken items caused during the shipping process so we would suggest taking additional insurance on your package.
We reserve the right to ship your package the fastest, most cost effective way possible. If we find that we can better serve you by shipping your package through another carrier or program, we will do so at our discretion and no refund differences will be distributed. Please understand that our goal is to provide quality items to you, in the most time efficient and cost effective way possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We hope that you will completely be in love with your new pieces, but if for some reason you should chose to return an item here is our policy on that.
A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must first be obtained from The Southern Jewelry Box by calling 678-360-6917. This number allows us to track your package through the return process. This RGA must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. Failure to indicate this RGA number on the outside of your package may result in delayed processing time. No claim for return will be accepted without first obtaining an RGA number from a customer service representative of The Southern Jewelry Box. A copy of the original invoice with the returned item circled must accompany the RGA. All personalized items including but not limited to jewelry and gifts are non-returnable. If the products are damaged they will be replaced using the exact engraving as the original order. If there is a change in the engraving, it will be charged as a new item. All returns that are not damaged of a defect in materials or workmanship will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. These goods must also be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. All Merchandise carries a one (1) year warranty against breakage. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date other than items that are broken due to the defect in materials or workmanship. Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of The Southern Jewelry Box. If it is determined that there is no damage, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost and no credit will be issued. Any applicable return postage credits will be issued only if the package is returned using standard US Postal Service. Credits will not be issued for upgrade to Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation of Insurance.
Damaged and Shortage Claims
Claims for damaged goods, due to shipping, or shortage must be reported to The Southern Jewelry Box within 5 business days of receipt. All damaged merchandise must be returned in the original carton in order to file a claim. An RGA number must be obtained before returning to The Southern Jewelry Box.
Returns for any reason will not be accepted without an RGA number issued by The Southern Jewelry Box.
While The Southern Jewelry Box makes every effort to maintain stock of all styles offered; this may not always be possible. In the event an item is out of stock, we will make every attempt to ship the item as soon as possible. When an item is back ordered, you will be given an approximate arrival date. These dates cannot be guaranteed.
