Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

if you are unhappy with your purchase, please message me. i can issue refunds for items that you feel have been misrepresented or "not as described" (less shipping charges). however, i cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged by USPS during shipping.

if you would like a refund, please let me know within 5 business days of receiving your item and send the item back in the same packaging. i will gladly issue the refund (less shipping charges) as soon as i receive the item.

Payment

to ensure timely shipping, please pay for your purchase as soon as you can. if payment is not received within 3 days, i will cancel the order. if you are having problems with paying within that time frame, please send me a message.

Shipping

i try to ship items within 3 business days of payment.

i will ship most items first class or parcel post via USPS to save you money. if you need your item to arrive sooner or would like added tracking and/or insurance, please message me for a revised shipping price.

unfortunately, i cannot control what happens after i mail your item. some items (like drawings) are one of a kind and i would suggest adding tracking and insurance to these items. i cannot replace items lost by the USPS.
