No returns on yarn if I wind it into a ball for you. I will wind the first 2 skeins of yarn for no charge if you ask. Each additional skein is $2.00 to wind. Contact me if any questions.
Local pick up is available - shipping charges refunded for local pickup, just add a note that you want to pick up your order and provide a text or phone number!

Shipping:
USA Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped using Ground Advantage - if you want Priority Mail, you will need to purchase this as Priority is not included for Free Shipping. Etsy has not updated the Shipping Profiles to allow sellers to specify Ground Advantage - sorry for any confusion this causes.
We ship based on weight to your location - US Ground Advantage. Priority Mail is also based on destination and weight. US Priority Express Mail is also available. International orders to Canada will be shipped using USPS Standard International and cost is based on weight and destination. Questions? Please convo me!
If your package is late and the tracking has not been updated in several days, buyer should contact their local post office to file an inquiry on the slow package - this can also be done on the phone. This inquiry should help the USPS find the package.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders that are not paid within three days of the listing will be cancelled.
Multiple Orders
When multiple orders from the same buyer are received, we will make every attempt to ship them together, but this is not guaranteed. Orders cannot be combined for the Free Shipping offer.

Wholesale availability
We are a retail shop and not a wholesaler, so we do not offer bulk or wholesale prices. We do, however, offer sales and coupon codes that will benefit our customers. Our prices are very competitively priced.
What if I have 2 or more open orders - will they ship together?
When multiple orders from the same buyer are received, we will make every attempt to ship them together, but it is NOT guaranteed.
Can I call you about my order?
Sure, but if you feel you do need to call me about your order please call Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 5 pm CST.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, $35 and up is free. We will ship the order according to its weight and your location. Priority mail is only used for packages that are 14 ounces and up.
Can items that are on Clearance be returned?
No, when we put something on clearance, we need to make room for new products. Items are new and perfectly good, but we only have so much room for inventory.
Do you use UPS or Fedex?
No, we only use USPS. We ship based on weight to your location - US Ground Advantage; US Priority - 14 ounces and up. Both US Ground Advantage and Priority Mail are based on destination and weight. US Priority Express Mail is also available. International orders will be shipped using USPS First Class International and is based on weight and destination.
