A little bit of love in everything
It all started with some fabric scraps, a knock-knock joke, and a just-because-gift. In November 2010 I stitched a little stuffed owl for my then 3-year-old daughter, Ellie, with "Owl Always Love You" embroidered on the back. When I saw how happy it made her, how she clung to it and smiled, I wanted to make more and share them with others. That's how So Very Sweet began--with a stuffed owl and love.
Since that first little owl, So Very Sweet has hand stitched hundreds of owls with love for many special people. From plush owls, whales, and olives to handbags, pencil cases, and pillows, everything in the shop is carefully handmade with love in mind. When something is made with happiness and care it in turn inspires joy and love in others. That's my goal--to create lots of smiles and countless full hearts.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase or the item was damaged during shipping, please contact our shop immediately for a refund or exchange.
*Failure to contact me within 5 business days of item shipment will void any return options.*
LOST ITEMS:
So Very Sweet is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Payment
Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, or Etsy gift card. Payment is required upon checkout for listing purchases.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact So Very Sweet within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued on the same day of the request, though funds transfers may take up to 3 business days.
Digital pattern orders are non-refundable.
Shipping
Please note on international shipments that customs may impose an import fee or tax when an item is delivered. Each country is different and So Very Sweet is not responsible for these charges.
TIME FRAME:
All of our items are handmade with care and precision and most are handmade to order. As such, most items will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days of payment receipt, however custom items may take up to 10 business days. We will contact you with an estimated completion date if a custom order is expected to take longer than 7 business days to create.
GIFT PACKAGING:
If your purchase is a gift, please let us know to whom and where to ship at the time of purchase. Special gift packaging is free of charge and includes a note to let the recipient know whom the gift is from.
