Announcement    Welcome to Soy-N-Suds where you'll find wax melts, and dessert candles. The Bath & Body products are made with natural and organic ingredients as much as possible. Soy-N-Suds lip balm comes in an array of flavors with more than 10K tubes being sold since 2006. See reviews from many satisfied and returning customers. I make natural body spray, cold-process and glycerin soap, beard oil, natural room spray, hand lotion, and bath bombs on a regular basis. If you are familiar with all my products, you can ask for listings, and I will put them up for you. I have several seasonal products I sell to local customers and wholesale as well. Sorry, I'm NOT taking any new wholesale accounts.

All product is hand-crafted and hand-poured by me having help with other parts of the business. I have a son who helps with computer related issues, a daughter-in-law who helps with packaging product and a husband who is my gopher and gets orders to the post office.

♥♥ I use USPS ground, priority, and flat rate shipping. Large orders (bulk orders) ship UPS ground.

The shipping charges per listing are for ALL costs of shipping. This includes boxes, bubble bags, tape, envelopes, shipping labels, and postage. Etsy charges fees on shipping which are added to the cost of shipping. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $35.00.

♥♥ IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
Insurance covers damaged products or lost products "while in transit". Please take into consideration boxes that have been delivered and are sitting on your doorstep unattended, on a porch unattended, or in your mailbox unattended. They are NOT covered by insurance. Once they have been delivered the post office and me are NOT responsible if they go missing. If anything disappears after it was delivered, the item/items will NOT be replaced or refunded. Please contact me to ship your order with signature confirmation if you don't want to take a chance of items disappearing after they are delivered. I will set up a listing for you and charge the appropriate postage fees to ship accordingly.

♥♥ RETURN ORDERS - I have a no return policy - See exception below. Ordering fragrances online is a chance taken from the buyer. If you want to return items because you don't like the scent. You assume ALL shipping charges. I will refund the product ONLY.

♥♥ RETURN ORDER EXCEPTION - In the event there is a problem with your order (determined on a case-by-case situation) and it needs to be returned, I will send a "return label" via our conversation. I MUST be contacted within 5 days from when your order is delivered. The package MUST be sent from the P.O. within 5 days of getting the return label. If it is not returned on time, I will not accept the package and I will not refund it.
