Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, I cannot customize orders of fewer than 10 cards of the same design. The cards are pre-printed off-site so I am unable to change font color and wording for individual orders. As annoying as this may seem, it allows me to print these cards professionally, so you are getting the highest quality on heavy cardstock.

Shipping Issues?
Did the USPS lose or damage your order? I'm SO SORRY. Unfortunately, once we drop the orders off in the mail, anything that happens is beyond our control and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged orders and do not issue refunds. Please message us and we'll try to help you find a solution! We have a few tricks up our sleeve that can sometimes work. Thanks for understanding!
Can I get a refund?
We do not issue refunds for delayed, lost, or stolen orders. However, if your order is sent back to me, I will issue a full refund, minus a $1 restocking fee. For international returned to sender orders, I do not issue refunds for shipping.
