When you purchase products from "Spalenka Art- Art From the Archives" you are supporting a one man show. For 26 years I have made my living as an artist.
I am grateful for the opportunity to share some of my historical creations with you.
Thank you for becoming a patron of my vision.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
There are no returns. All sales are final.
Please see "Shipping" above for products damaged during transit.
Payment
I accept payments via Paypal, Checks and Money Orders. In the case of personal checks, they must clear before orders are shipped.

CA Residents will be charged an additional 8.25% sales tax.

Ordering online is simple, safe and effective. If you prefer not to use the secure online system you may place an order by calling or sending me an email.

Should you need to cancel an order after payment has been submitted, a refund will be granted only when order was paid through Paypal and minus any PayPal fees. Orders paid by check or money order are NON REFUNDABLE.
Shipping
I ship orders every Monday. If you need the item sooner please let me know.
Orders are generally shipped via USPS First Class, Priority or International Priority Mail. All art is insured. The shipping charge includes packing/handling.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
I do ship outside of the US but may need to calculate shipping for you. If you are interested in a specific item please contact me and I will be happy to calculate shipping for you. I do not guarantee items shipped to foreign countries.
When your package arrives, you may have to pay additional customs fee for which you are responsible. Please understand that we cannot mark "gift" on the customs form as that is illegal. Thank you for your understanding.

I package my art securely to withstand shipping calamities but if for some reason your art or product arrives damaged, please contact me immediately via phone or email so I can make immediate arrangements to remedy the situation. In most cases the damaged item must be assessed via the shipping company, and returned to me. Refunds or replacement of art are made after all insurance has been paid by the shipping company.
