This is rustic and contemporary at the same time. It's beautiful and simple at the same time. It is exactly as described, arrived safely and promptly, and I am thoroughly pleased with the purchase.

This will make a great way to display earrings at a show, especially an outdoor show where it can't blow over. Very cool looking display. Quick arrival. Thank you.

About

In love with Fire and Steel.

Making jewelry-holding stands seemed like a natural step for me early on in my jewelry-making education. I wanted something to hang my jewelry on and felt disenchanted with the usual velvet and plexiglass, mass-produced offerings. Blacksmithing felt like a larger version of what I was already doing in miniature. With more safety gear!

I have always been an artist by nature. After high school, I dabbled in commercial design, worked for a comic book publisher as a production assistant, worked as a milliner for four years, and finally settled into the art of jewelry-making and blacksmithing, which is where I really found my niche. I have been a professional jeweler since 1994, and have been blacksmithing almost as long. Looking at life through the eyes of an artist is an extremely fascinating frame of reference, and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
