Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase please let me know, I am happy to work with you to resolve any issue I am able to. If necessary I will except returns and credit you back for your purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns unless they are due to damages caused during shipping and are not covered for return shipping the item back to me. Anything damaged in shipping on it's way to you will be replaced. If replacement is not possible due to an item being unique or one of a kind, I will refund your purchase price including shipping or work with you to create a new piece to replace the one lost. Anything purchased on sale or at a discount is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All payments are due at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 3 days, the sale will be cancelled and items will be put back up for sale in my shop.
All items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation at the most affordable rate. Every item is packed carefully to be sure it arrives safe and sound. If an item does arrive damaged please let me know and I will replace it or refund your money including shipping costs. Pictures of the damaged item will be requested.
