    Thanks so much for stopping by my shop! I strive for excellence in my products and use high-quality materials and vendors. Sometimes I hand-draw my illustrations first, but I mostly solely use Illustrator to create my lovable animals and friends. I hope you enjoy my items as much as I enjoy creating them!

    I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and if you have any problems with your order, please contact me immediately so that I can fix the situation. Return and exchange shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, unless the order was in error.
    Payment
    PayPal is the preferred method of payment. You can use a credit card at checkout and it will go through PayPal. *You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this option.*

    If you wish to use a different form of payment, please email me first or leave a note on your order. Payment is due at the time of purchase - items will ship only once the payment has cleared. If your payment isn't received within 2 days of placing your order, I will cancel your order.

    Shipping
    All greeting cards and recipe cards are packaged in a cellophane wrapper for protection. Cards are mailed in stay-flat cardboard mailers. Mirrors are mailed in a protective bubble mailer. Items will ship out within 2-3 business days via US Postal Service.

    If your Etsy address differs from your PayPal address, I will ship to the Etsy address. If you have recently changed your address, please let me know.
